This Notice concerns Simon Van Leeuwen v. Vintners Court, LLC and Storage Pro, Inc. a class action lawsuit on behalf of former and current tenants of Vintner's Court self-storage facilities in three locations in California, Windsor Self-Storage, Copper Knoll Self Storage in Auburn and Tri City Self Storage in Loomis, case number 16CV000999. In this case, among other things, Plaintiff alleges that Defendants violated California Self-Storage Act and engaged in unfair business practices by obtaining lien or late fees not allowed by their leases due to inadequate notice disclosures in their leases.
