Ben Stockdale - CFO

Ben is a financial and commercial executive with extensive mineral resources industry experience including project and corporate debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and metals and concentrates marketing and logistics. Over the past 20 years Ben has held a number of executive roles at public and private mining companies including MPI Mines Limited, Oxiana Limited, Citadel Resource Group and Unity Mines Limited. Ben is a graduate in commerce from Melbourne University and completed a post graduate diploma in applied finance and investment.

Eric Finlayson

Eric is a geologist with over forty years of experience in Australia and overseas. Eric worked as an exploration geologist in Ireland and Turkey with NL Petroleum Services and as a field geochemist in Malawi with the British Civil Uranium Procurement Organisation prior to joining the Geological Survey of Papua New Guinea in 1984 as a regional geological mapper. In 1989 he joined Rio Tinto as project geologist responsible for copper and gold exploration in the Papua New Guinea highlands based out of Sydney and in 1993 was transferred to Vancouver as regional exploration manager for Canada. This was followed by a transfer to London in 2000 as the personal assistant to the Head of Exploration. In January 2002, he moved to Perth to assume the role of Rio Tinto's Director of Exploration for Australasia and in January of 2007 was appointed Global Head of Exploration for Rio Tinto based in London. In July 2011, he was appointed CEO of Rio Tinto Coal Mozambique following Rio Tinto's takeover of Riversdale Mining. After two years in Mozambique, Eric departed Rio Tinto in July 2013. Eric is currently Interim President and CEO of TSX-V listed Kaizen Discovery.

Jiang Zhaobai

Jiang Zhaobai, an engineer with an EMBA from China Europe International Business School, is Chairman of Shanghai Pengxin Group Co., Ltd. He is also the Executive Chairman of Shanghai Entrepreneurs Association, the Vice President of China Non-governmental Enterprise Directors Association and Economic Advisor to China Development Bank. Mr Jiang took part in numerous engineering and construction projects following graduation from university in the 1980's. He later founded his own real estate development company in 1988. In 1997, Shanghai Pengxin Group Co., Ltd. was established with Mr Jiang as founding Chairman and he remains in that role to this date. Under Mr Jiang's leadership, Shanghai Pengxin Group has successfully developed a number of significant property projects, amounting to a total of six million square meters. Starting from real estate development including both residential and commercial as well as the hotel industry, the group has diversified into a range of other sectors including modern agriculture, mining, environmental science & technology and financial investment. The group is now a diversified conglomerate with controlling interests in four listed companies in China. Mr Jiang has been ranked in the Forbes China "Hurun Rich List" for his outstanding achievements within the last decade up to 2016.

Melanie Leydin - CFO, Secretary

Melanie Leydin is an experienced Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer having held these positions at a number of small public companies. Ms. Leydin is the Principal of Leydin Freyer Corporate Pty Ltd, a company that specialises in outsourced company secretarial and accounting services to public listed companies in the biotechnology and resources industry.

Robert Friedland

During the past 30 years of his career, Mr. Friedland has founded and led two prominent, international mining entities under the Ivanhoe Mines banner. He is Executive Co-Chairman and a director of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd., which has three major mine development projects and exploration underway in Southern Africa, including construction of three new mines, two of which are on world-scale mineral discoveries made by Ivanhoe Mines, in South Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The company operated under the Ivanplats name after its founding in 1998 and assumed the Ivanhoe Mines name in 2013. The original Ivanhoe Mines, founded in 1994 and now named Turquoise Hill Resources, had extensive mining and exploration interests in the Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Friedland was Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the original Ivanhoe Mines until 2012 and was also President from 2003 to 2008. He directed Ivanhoe Mines' assembly of a portfolio of interests in several countries over 16 years and led the company's team that made the discoveries and initial development of the Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold-silver deposits in southern Mongolia. Rio Tinto acquired a controlling interest in the company in January 2012 and the company was renamed Turquoise Hill Resources in August 2012. Rio Tinto completed its acquisition of Turquoise Hill in December 2022. Before founding Ivanhoe Mines, Mr. Friedland was a co-founding principal investor in Diamond Fields Resources in late 1992. Assuming Co-Chairmanship in 1994 after company-funded exploration discovered high-grade nickel at Voisey's Bay in Canada, Mr. Friedland led negotiations for the subsequent sale of the tier-one discovery to INCO for C$4.3 billion in 1996. The mine began production in 2005. Now owned by Vale, it is the world's fourth-largest nickel producer. Mr. Friedland is also Chairman and President of Ivanhoe Capital Corporation, his family's private, Singapore-based company founded in 1987 that specialises in providing venture capital, project financing and related services for international business enterprises, predominantly in the minerals, energy and communications technologies sectors. He was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame in 2016 and the American Mining Hall of Fame in 2021.

Sam Riggall - CEO, Managing Director

Sam joined Clean TeQ in 2013. He was previously Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning at Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. In that role he was responsible for securing the agreement to develop the Oyu Tolgoi copper / gold mine in Mongolia, as well as managing Ivanhoe's other global business development opportunities. Prior to that Sam was with the Rio Tinto Group for over a decade, covering project generation and evaluation, business development and capital market transactions. Sam is a graduate in law and economics from Melbourne University and has an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Stefanie (Stef) Loader

Stefanie (Stef) Loader is a mining industry executive with broad international experience having worked in exploration, project evaluation and development, mining and corporate roles across seven countries and four continents. Residing in Central West NSW, Stef was most recently Managing Director of Northparkes Copper and Gold Mine for CMOC International. She successfully transformed the business to be one of the lowest cost copper producers globally while also managing the sale and transition of ownership from Rio Tinto to CMOC in 2013-14. A geologist and statistician by training, Stef began her career as an exploration geologist in Western Australia and was then part of the discovery team for the Khanong copper deposit at Sepon in Laos in the late 1990s. After exploration and evaluation roles in the Americas, Stef was assigned to the office of Rio Tinto Chief Executive in London where she then worked on global exploration strategy and prioritisation as Exploration Executive. Stef also led the development of the Bunder diamond project in India for four years, including the signing of a landmark development agreement with the State of Madhya Pradesh in support of the project.

Trevor Eton

Trevor is a highly respected finance executive with over 35 years' experience in corporate finance within the minerals industry. His previous full-time executive role was as CFO and Company Secretary of sulphide nickel producer, Panoramic Resources Limited (ASX:PAN) (‘Panoramic') from 2003 to 2020 where he was instrumental in the financing, construction and development of the Savannah Nickel Project and the acquisition and subsequent development of the Lanfranchi Nickel Project, which saw Panoramic reach a market capitalisation exceeding $1 billion in 2007. Prior to Panoramic, he held corporate finance roles with various other resource companies, including diversified metal producers, MPI Mines Limited and Australian Consolidated Minerals Limited (ACM). Trevor is currently a Non-Executive Director of Auroch Minerals Limited (ASX:AOU), a Perth based exploration company whose principal asset is an 80% interest in the previously mined Nepean Nickel Project, located near Coolgardie in Western Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree with a major in Economics from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Melbourne Business School and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM).
