Kim has unique international experience - developing her expertise from the ground-up within a Global Investment Bank in Talent Development, then further growing with a Global Training company that facilitated thousands of leadership workshops and coaching to clients around the globe. She has designed complex programmatic, sustainable solutions and has deep expertise supporting holistic client solutions and partnering with Senior Stakeholders to drive business results.
During her decades of coaching experience, Kim observed an important theme - the role that confidence has in a leader's success. Therefore, she founded Tall Poppies Leadership with the vision to empower everyone to Stand Tall and ignite their confidence. This stems from the power of knowing, trusting, and being yourself.
Kim has an International Coaching Certification through Teleos Leadership Institute in Philadelphia, an Instructional Design Certification from New York University and a Bachelor in Communications from Curtin University, Perth. She is energized by seeing the impact of her work, family time with her husband, two teenage boys and one year old daughter and beach time.
