I then returned to Japan and enrolled in Seto Yogyo Kunrenkoh, ceramics training school, in Aichi, Japan for one year. During our courtship, I traveled kiln sites with David throughout Japan. After we were married I returned to Greenbridge Pottery as the third potter under Rebecca Moy and David. I taught with him at the Jewish Community Center in Rockville, MD, then went to assist him as the artist in residence at my alma mater, Sandy Spring Friends School. We are excited to have opened our studio/gallery as The Lion Potter of Gettysburg in the summer of 2005 offering handcrafted art as well as hand-picked local produce to our community... When you come visit us in the summer/fall seasons, you can also enjoy our local farm fresh produce. We offer you a taste of Pennsylvania - tree ripened peaches, heirloom tomatoes, fresh pulled corn, and crisp apples to just to name a few...
