Prior to joining the Kansas City Realty Services team, he led digital marketing strategy for multiple Kansas City startups, managed a full-service video production studio servicing clients across the Midwest and has worked the past 3 years as a lead Frontend Developer. As a tech-oriented entrepreneur, he has learned that patience, compassion and never-ending determination allows you to exceed expectations and deliver on commitments.
Justin has worked for the past 3-years for a smart-apartment management and resident engagement startup, helping imagine and build a platform to enable the future of living. His interest in real estate stemmed from working, day in and day out, with real estate developers wanting to pave the way into the automation economy. Stemming from his work, he developed a passion for real estate investments and regularly attends local real estate investor meetups to gain insights into the Kansas City real estate markets.
In his free time, Justin loves spending time with his wife and 3-year-old son exploring the city. Justin graduated from the University of Kansas School of Journalism, majoring in Strategic Communications with a minor in Leadership Studies.

Hi! My name is Melissa Martin and I'm from St. Louis MO originally but made Kansas City my home after attending Rockhurst University. That is where I met my husband/co-owner Dan Martin. Dan and I have two kids together and live in Midtown. Before starting our brokerage, I worked in social services for 10 years. You could find me in elementary schools triaging with children or attending family court while representing foster children's best interest. That is why a huge part of Kansas City Realty is finding ways to give back to our community. It is one of the fundamental pillars of our brokerage.
Mitch was born in Denver and raised in KCMO where he still calls home today. Mitch built his career in Project Management and Marketing and is excited to get out from behind the desk to help buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate needs. As co-founder of Blue Orchid Homes, specializing in renovation and rental property, he began investing and managing real estate in 2014. Mitch is active in the Kansas City community and enjoys all things sports, craft beer, and good conversation. He currently lives in Lees Summit, MO with his wife, two daughters, and Shih-Tzu, Hank.
Paul is a Kansas City Local- he grew up in Brookside and is a proud Stag Alumni of Bishop Miege. Paul's favorite color is purple as he is a Kansas State Wildcat Alumni that got his Business Management degree with a minor in non-profit leadership studies with an emphasis on NGOs. Paul spent time in the non-profit sector living in two ‘foreign' lands; Malawi and Texas before coming home to work at the Kansas City Zoo.
Paul's life took a sharp turn after being diagnosed with Burkitt's lymphoma a Non-Hodgkin's B Cell Lymphoma. Paul is currently a 9-year Cancer Survivor and has been in Real Estate for 8 years.

I taught 1st and 2nd grade for six years before I decided to take a leap of faith and explore new opportunities, which led me to becoming the Operations Manager at Kansas City Realty.
