From day one, Joel has pursued building with curiosity and enjoyment. He oversees our single-family homes building and development as a Site Superintendent, and has over 16 years of experience in construction. Day-to-day Joel uses his charisma to manage site schedule and high building quality standards, while maintaining relationships with trades. Through owning and operating a siding company to working as a Site Superintendent on previous sites, Joel catches our vision and turns it into a reality.
John was the founder of Centra, an employee owned window company, and successfully transitioned it to 250+ owners in his 40 years of service. John also has deep experience in land development and building with over 40 years experience.
John's focus is commercial and residential land development, property management and future project opportunities. He is also on several board of directors such as Morteq Lending, Night Shift, Trinity Western University Advisory Building Committee, and Wesmont Foundation.
Nick creates calculated strategy for our vision and long-term goals, furthering our
opportunities to build residential and commercial real estate. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees all accounting, forecasting, land development analytics, commercial leasing, and handles all aspects of business management and property purchasing.
Nick brings an unmatched dedicated energy to the team. He graduated from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After, he pursued his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation at a local accounting firm. Nick transitioned as the controller and property manager through Silverwynde Properties, where he gained experience as a Controller. As co-founder of Wesmont Group, Nick's intelligence, work ethic, and devoted-spirit is paramount to Wesmont's success.
Sean's passion for building is unparalleled. From purchasing land to handing over the keys, he leads every aspect of our operations. Sean directs and manages our on-site leadership team ensuring all commercial and residential projects are on task, on time and built with incredible quality. He also consults with the municipalities by acquiring all building and developing permits.
After his Business Management graduation from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Sean worked as a Site Superintendent of single and multi-family homes. Later, he began building in the industrial sector as well, developing and building large-scale tilt-up buildings. Sean's leadership, commitment and loyalty to a project's success is unique in the industry, as he pursues the extra mile towards excellence each day.
