As a first-generation Latin-American, Mr. Ramos has first-hand knowledge of the cultural and language challenges many people in Southern California face. This has made him particularly effective at helping clients understand the legal process while protecting their rights against large insurance companies that would otherwise take advantage of them.
Mr. Ramos has a broad range of experience in civil litigation, including complex, high-profile aviation, auto, bus, truck, motorcycle, premises, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, insurance bad faith, and business litigation.
Having handled numerous high-profile personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout his career with notable results, Mr. Ramos' litigation experience has focused on helping victims and their families recover from the effects of serious injuries.
Anya is a Michigan native, but has called Las Vegas her home for almost 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science. Before going to law school, Anya worked for over 12 years as a Forensic Scientist. She specialized in Firearms Examination and testified as a Forensic Firearms expert in state and federal court over fifty times.
Anya attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas - School of Law, where she received an academic merit scholarship. While in law school, Anya worked as the Nevada Law Editor for the Nevada Law Journal. She is the author of the Journal's 2021 White Paper, "Guns in the Sky: Nevada's Firearms Laws, 1 October, and Next Steps."
In 2021, Anya graduated summa cum laude from law school. She ranked third in her class, earning eleven CALI awards for attaining the highest grade in a class. Anya was selected by her classmates to deliver the commencement speech at her graduation. Upon graduating, she was award the James E. Rogers Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award in recognition of her scholastic accomplishments.
In her spare time, Anya enjoys experiencing life to the fullest. She has appeared as a contestant on six game shows, ran three full marathons (one in Jamaica), and once spent a month in the remote jungles of Belize working as a wildlife volunteer bottle-feeding and rehabbing injured and abandoned manatees.
Braxton Howard Cloutier hails from Chapel Hill, NC. He earned a bachelor's degree in Romance Languages (Spanish) at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC, and he completed two years of AmeriCorps service after graduation. Braxton received his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he was President of the Student Bar Association, a CALI Award winner in Trial Advocacy, a member of the Trial Team, and the 2019 Public Interest Award recipient.
Before joining The Matian Firm, APC, Attorney Cloutier honed his legal skills as a Public Defender in Colorado and as a staff attorney for the Immigrant Coalition of Rhode Island, supporting asylum seekers, folks facing deportation, and other recent arrivals to the United States by providing legal representation. Outside of the office, Braxton serves as an elected official for the town of Barrington, Rhode Island. He volunteers with several organizations committed to uplifting and supporting the Black and Latino community, including YouthBuild Providence.

Cherilynn Heath grew up in the San Fernando Valley and attended California State University Northridge (CSUN). She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. As a former Deputy District Attorney, Cherilynn brings her passion and experience as a trial attorney, to Windsor Troy.
Cherilynn has handled a wide variety of cases, including an extensive range of felony crimes, as well as an extensive range of Personal Injury cases, including Medical Malpractice. Cherilynn is committed to helping the community of Los Angeles, and has been a volunteer at the Los Angeles LGBT Center/The LGBTQ Center Long Beach, for 10+ years.

Daniel Sharpe is a Civil Litigation Attorney with over nine years of complex litigation in state and federal court. Delaney is the Lead Attorney at Windsor Troy. He is an experienced litigation and trial attorney who is always looking for ways to achieve better results for his clients. Delaney has been involved in civil litigation for more than 20 years and has been admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon and California. He has obtained successful results at trial in each of those states.
The backbone of Delaney's litigation practice is the file audit system that he created and developed over many years of working on civil cases. The system is followed by the attorneys at Windsor Troy as a means of ensuring that each client's case is thoroughly and timely reviewed by a team of legal professionals. It also forces the team to begin thinking about the case from a trial perspective as early as possible.
Outside of the office, Delaney and his wife, Kelly, are committed to helping foster children find better opportunities. Delaney and Kelly became foster parents in 2019 and adopted their daughter from foster care in 2020. The family also owns a social enterprise clothing business named Barely Canadian that makes super soft clothing and gives more than 10% of its profits back to nonprofits that support foster youth.
