Barbara has more than 15 years of international experience in banking, finance and project management throughout different organisations and domains, with an eye toward strategic development, cybersecurity, and ESG.
Education is a vital building block in her life; Amongst others, she holds a Master II in Banking, Finance and Assurance, and recently she completed her MBA program. For years she is a mentor actively sharing her knowledge and experience.
Barbara is a natural connector and a member of a few business associations. Seeing the dependency of our whole society on global digitalization and innovation, she believes that cybersecurity is a key element for a sustainable business. She advocates Positive Leadership, Governance, Digital Transformation, and secure Cyberspace.

Desirée is a Cybersecurity Consultant and Project Manager at AdronH.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration and a specialization in International Trade and Logistics, she had vast experience in international environments working in different countries. After a pause of several years, she successfully underwent a career transition towards cybersecurity.
She works behind the scenes of Women Cyber Force to ensure the proper functioning of the website, as well as the monthly newsletter.
Desirée is passionate about new technologies, the design and functioning of websites with security in mind, and an advocate for more accessible cybersecurity training in Luxembourg.

Eric is currently joining Women Cyber Force as the Secretary General. Eric comes to us with 15 years experience in cybersecurity, starting from the ground up.
Eric's most recent role is acting as the local CISO and building cybersecurity program maturity in a global financial institution. Eric initially studied in the automotive field before taking a U-turn to attend business management at Ryerson University in Toronto, finding interest in IT and Cybersecurity. Eric now holds CISSP , CCSP, CCSK and TOGAF certifications.
Eric is looking to bring diversity and inclusion to cybersecurity with the vision of having total equality available to his children in all fields of work and study. Eric wants to promote the benefits of diversity of thought for all, "If you feel strongly about a cause you need to step up and turn the dial yourself."

Sabika serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Grant Thornton Luxembourg. She has more than 15 years of experience in a number of different industries including the United Nations.
As a security professional and enthusiast, Sabika has been involved in transformative security initiatives where she combined her strong business focus with deep analytical background to bring constructive change. Sabika holds a Master's degree in Information Security and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Sciences and is a part of notable Security platforms in Luxembourg.

Stefanie has a background in Business Consulting for digital services within Fortune 500 companies.
She learned her trade in Crisis Management at the side of F24's founder and is today heading the commercial team at F24 Luxembourg and the Netherlands. As Cyber Crisis is the number one risk that companies globally are facing, she supports firms in all industry to improve their cybersecurity preparedness.
Stefanie is Communication Officer of the Women Cyberforce Association to increase female presence in the field of cyber and technology.
