Allan Hodge

Allan's operational and commercial experience spans over 30 years in the textile and garment industry (B2B & B2C), and also has strong experience in manufacturing and sourcing organisations. Establishing businesses in third world and developing countries, and operating at board level in a billion dollar global corporation (as Vice President Operations) has provided him with valuable benefits. Allan's overall responsibility during this time was for Sourcing, Quality, Product Development/Merchandising, Logistics, Compliance, Product Costing/Viability and the B2C business unit, before establishing and delivering his own brand, building it from concept to established industry brand in just over 3 years. With an extensive global network of contacts, Allan has successfully consulted for 10+ years.

Baudouin Delcour

Baudouin is the fourth generation of his family to be in the textile industry. In 2004, he earned his Industrial Textile Electromechanical Engineering degree. Baudouin built his textile experience starting as Key Account Manager with a clothing company in Tunisia. He then joined TexPak and lived in Lahore for 3 years learning the technical side of the business, whilst gaining hands-on experience in management and manufacturing. Now, as the Managing Director of TexPak, he manages the company by using his experience, and his versatile and creative skills.

Cameron Bruce

With a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management and more than 30 years of uninterrupted experience in the clothing and textiles industry, he has held senior management roles in manufacturing, strategic business planning, financial management, budgeting, inventory management, distribution, sourcing, and supplier management. Having previously worked for Russell Europe and Kariban, he places customer service and customer satisfaction at the heart of our business.

Paul Delcour

Paul, being the brother of Baudouin is also the fourth generation of his family to be in the textile industry. He earned his Marketing Management degree in London. After a one-year internship in Pakistan at Sapphire Fibers, he acquired a variety of experience in textile management and manufacturing. Sapphire is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of textile products in Pakistan. Having worked in management at several clothing companies, he became the Managing Partner of TexPak based on his experience in marketing strategy, business strategy, sales management and logistics.
