Biography Brendan Cochrane is a blockchain and cryptocurrency attorney based in Boston with broad legal experience and a focus on assisting clients keep up in the rapidly changing compliance landscape. Biography David is admitted to practice before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. David is a Full Teaching Professor at Northeastern University in the College of Arts, Media & Design, and Northeastern University School of Law. Biography Henry Li serves as the CEO of the firm, specializing in corporate and international law. His areas of expertise include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, international sales and distribution agreements, technology transfer and licensing, cross-jurisdiction dispute resolution, as well as media and entertainment law matters. With extensive professional experience in both China and the US, and having studied at law schools in both countries, Mr. Li offers a unique and comprehensive understanding of transactions involving China and the US.
