Andrew is Absolute Digital Media's Head Of SEO. With 6 years working in the search industry, Andy has had the opportunity to work alongside a wide range of clients from multi-billion pound healthcare businesses to local plumbers. He is experienced in both eCommerce and lead generation business, supporting the business from multiple different aspects. He also played a key role in delivering 2 of the largest projects ever undertaken by one of the countries largest retailer which involved completely rebranding over 300 product lines, and delivering a new IT system for them. When he isn't busy working on his next project, Andrew can be found looking after his 2 dogs, 4 gerbils, and leopard gecko.

Jasmine has been a member of Absolute Digital Media's team for almost five years now, having started her journey at the agency as a Digital Copywriter and progressing onto become Social Media Manager and now Marketing Manager. Helping to promote the development and growth of the agency, she can be found looking for agencies next opportunity whether that's on social, writing award-winning entries or supporting the team build up their own personal brands. More recently, she won Rising Star at the Northern Digital Awards as a result of the work she has carried out for the agency. When she's not busy scrolling through TikTok, Jas can be found researching her next holiday destination!

Sam is the Junior Accounts Assistant here at Absolute Digital Media and provides our Finance Manager support to ensure that all areas of the business are working as they should. Sam is AAT Qualified and has spent many years working alongside different departments in the agency to learn new skills and develop his knowledge across the board. As the right-hand man for the Finance Manager, he can be found with his head in a spreadsheet or in a contract for most of the day. In his spare time, Sam is a very sporty individual, with a passion for football, golf and fishing.
Shane is Absolute Digital Media's Lead Designer. He graduated college with D*D*D* in Creative Media Production before attending University of Portsmouth, undertaking Digital Media. Over the last 8 years, Shane has undertaken numerous design roles including print-based design. For the latter part of his career, he focussed on branding of SME's and developing visual identities for clients which enabled him to develop a wider skillset to undertake web-based communications for example, but not limited to, email campaigns, landing pages and websites. When Shane's not busy coming up with new creative concepts, he can be found researching the exciting and ever-evolving nature of design, whether that's the interaction with new software, or new techniques.
