Alan was the first employee for Airbnb Asia, where he led market expansion in the region and was responsible for managing Airbnb's business in Northeast Asia. Alan is now the Co-founder and CEO of Lighthouse, an apartment rentals marketplace backed by DCM Ventures.
Ammar is a Managing Partner at Adapt Ventures. Prior to Adapt, Ammar was an investor at Concept Ventures where he led investments in fintech and enterprise software globally. Earlier, Ammar scaled a consumer brand to a nine figure run-rate. Alongside Adapt, Ammar currently operates as the Founder & CEO of Airdesk, which is a leading nearshore outsourcing provider serving fast-growing e-commerce, fintech, logistics, healthcare, and insurance companies. Ammar was featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 under the Venture Capital category.

Ezra is a Venture Partner at Adapt Ventures. He is the Founder and CEO of Caliza, an infrastructure platform that allows businesses around the world to provide digital dollar accounts for their users via stablecoins. Caliza is focused on enabling banks and businesses to facilitate their users' ability to save and transact in digital dollars, no matter where they live. Ezra previously held positions at Visa, where he was Director of Global Fintech Products, and Intuit, where he was Head of Partnerships for Intuit Workforce, in addition to a number of fintech startups. In his free time, you can find Ezra tending to his numerous houseplants or taking a long ride on one of his motorcycles.
Mohammed is a Managing Partner at Adapt Ventures. Previously, he was an investor at Plug and Play Ventures, focusing on leading investments across the US, as well as emerging markets such as Latin America and MENA. His focus has been investing in transformative solutions across legacy industries such as financial services, industrials, and real estate. Mohammed was featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 under the Venture Capital category.
