Clément takes care of the maintenance of the properties in season but also in offseason. Clement studied in Glasgow and has experience in project management, he also proposes his services for your building needs, from small renovation or a full new build, he will accompany you in your project and help with everything from finding craftsmen to sign off of the final project. Clement is a registered ESF instructor and also manages our partner ski shop - Perrieres ski.
Specialist in sales and real estate transactions, she is available to support you in your projects, to inform and to guide you according to your needs. As the new owner and someone born in Les Gets, Julie has a full knowledge of the market. After moving to Paris to broaden her horizons and train in the marketing, communication and real estate professions, Julie spent a few seasons working with colleagues in Les Gets real estate agencies to refine her knowledge and prepare herself to take over La Centrale.
Our colleague is present among us in order to create an efficient rental partnership. Now based in the village of Les Gets, Morgane is originally from Morillon, not far from our charming resort. She therefore knows the benefits of mountain life by heart and will be able to help you in the best possible way for your holiday project.
Tiphaine started at La Centrale as a trainee to support the teams and complete her degree in commercial relationship management. Today, this native of Gêtoise has taken her place in our sales department, as an advisor/negotiator and assists our clients in their buying/selling projects. She is an important asset for the agency and its clients.
