He has served in the public sector as Labor Inspector of the Ministry of Labor and Secretary of the Labor and Social Security Commission of the National Assembly, in the private sector he has been attorney of local and international companies.
The practice of the profession is developed from the field of prevention and support, providing agile advice to companies and clients of the firm, also provides defense services in litigation in the administrative and judicial sphere.
Carlos is a lawyer and a graduate of the Pontifical University Catholic of Ecuador; Master and Specialist in Procedural Law from the Andina Simón Bolívar University.
He has a wide professional career. In the public sphere he held positions in the National Legal Directorate, Area of External Consultations, Tax Studies, Department of Legal Advice of the Internal Revenue Service. He has served as a consultant on several projects of wide importance. He was part of consulting companies related to the tax field. Currently, he works as a Professor of the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Pontifical University Catholic of Ecuador.

In the public sector, he has held various positions, including Regional Deputy Director, Secretary General of the National Service for Intellectual Rights - SENADI; Director of Technology Transfer - Secretary of Higher Education, Science and Technology - SENESCYT. At the international level, he was a delegate of Ecuador to International and Multilateral Organizations, such as the World Trade Organization; World Intellectual Property Organization and the Union of South American Nations.

Galo is a Financial banking expert with over ten years of experience. Specialized in business management and achieve bank loans. MBA and Specialist in International Corporate Finance of La Rioja University and Business Administration in Catholic University of Ecuador. Has developed professionally as Deputy General Manager, Advisor and Manager Financial, Member of the Board of Directors and Head of Credit in different industries: banking, oil services, floriculture, tourism, construction, industrial, agricultural, food, commercial and others. He has been part of over one hundred national level projects involved in structuring and financial planning and analysis.
CPA, Master in Auditing and Accounting. He has more than 30 years of consulting experience. As a founding partner of the firm in Ecuador, he has participated in the development of strategic planning, organization, marketing and financial development of the private sector. Within his training he has a degree as business administrator.He shares his knowledge in higher education centers and holds a Master's degree in University Teaching.
María Gabriela is an attorney graduated from Cuenca University, specialist and candidate for a master's degree in Business Law, from Andina Simón Bolivar University.
