As Global Head of Brand Protection, Louise oversees Diageo's global fight against counterfeiting of its spirits brands, deploying a coordinated strategy across markets. Prior to joining Diageo in 2016, Louise practised as an IP lawyer with an international IP firm in London, where she ran brand protection programmes on behalf of international clients. Louise qualified as a solicitor with a leading corporate firm in Dublin.
Louise is an active member of the anti-counterfeiting community, is a board member of the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition and the UK Anti-Counterfeiting Group, and was honored to chair the 2022 Anti-Counterfeiting World Law Summit.
