Balanced Minds is a UK organisation set up in 2012 by Dr Chris Irons, Dr Charlie Heriot-Maitland and Dr Korina Ioannou, three Clinical Psychologists with a shared interest in Compassion Focused Therapy. In parallel to their NHS roles, they set up Balanced Minds in a bid to provide world-class compassion-focused psychological services and resources... Similarly, at Balanced Minds, there are a number of ways that we can help you to develop greater compassion in your life... The Balanced Minds family has grown from its beginnings as a team of 3 like-minded friends and colleagues, to a strong group of 28 experienced Clinical Psychologists, Counselling Psychologists and Psychotherapists. We are now proud to say that we are the single largest specialist provider of Compassion Focused Therapy anywhere in the world!
