We are Bangin Beef; family producers of deliciously moreish beef jerky and biltong. By combining traditional methods and good quality ingredients alongside more experimental flavours, we like to think of ourselves as the Willy Wonka of the dried beef world... Bangin Beef began life during the coronavirus lockdown when trained chef for over 25 years, Tony and partner Caroline decided to start producing home-made biltong and beef jerky on a small scale as a hobby. After mastering the process, purchasing state-of-art dehydrators and some outside the box experimentation with exotic flavours, they realised they were on to something!... We love inventing and experimenting with new flavours for our jerky, it's what makes Bangin Beef so different. The satisfaction we get when someone spots our stall from across a marketplace and looks at our menu… "Ghost & Treacle?!" Being big believers in try before you buy, we want you to sample our weird and wonderful jerky flavours and promise to convert..
