Todd is coming up on a decade of living, working, and playing in the City of Detroit. He prides himself on being a Detroit Real Estate Professional with extensive training in Negotiation. Todd is a top producing agent that was named as a Real Estate All-Star by Hour Magazine.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (Michigan State University) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Wayne State University). Prior to Real Estate Todd worked as a construction manager and sustainability consultant.
Todd is currently the Vice President of New Development for BHHS TLW and is working on several new construction condo developments coming to the City of Detroit. He is also redeveloping a historic structure of his own into a mixed-use property in the New Center area of Detroit.
For fun, Todd loves to bike around Detroit. "The best way to see and experience the city is on two wheels!"
Trish Hubbell has been selling real estate with Berkshire Hathaway/The Loft Warehouse since 2018. She has also been involved with real estate development in Detroit for many years. A life-long city of Detroit resident, Trish is passionate about urban living and is very familiar with most of Detroit's neighborhoods. She has assisted many first-time buyers with their home purchases, and also works with empty-nesters in buying and selling their properties.
Trish has academic and professional experience as a conflict coach and mediator. These skills provide her with the ability to successfully negotiate, represent clients, and effectively communicate with all parties in a transaction. She is also committed to customer service excellence and building trusting relationships.
