Gerard has worked on proposals incorporating various technologies (LED lighting, HVAC improvements, Solar integration, Combined Heat and Power) for clients served by various Utility Providers. With a background in demand side management and energy efficiency programs, he provides research and analysis support to utilities and governments.
Greg Elsea is a Bookkeeper at BrightLine Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in construction finance and accounting, working at both the local and national levels with an emphasis on operations. His expertise includes budgeting and planning, cashflow projections, daily accounting, and year-end audits. At BrightLine he is responsible for bookkeeping and related responsibilities.

Josh Baker is a Senior Consultant with Brightline Group with over eight (8) years of experience in the energy utility industry. He has experience working with the federal and local governments, commercial, and private sector clients. Areas of expertise include implementing prescriptive and custom utility incentive programs, energy modeling, measurement and verification (M&V), recommissioning, utility and escalation rate prediction, and Energy Star Portfolio Manager compliance.
Josh is experienced in the evaluation of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems and controls, distributed steam systems, lighting and lighting controls, distributed power and microgrids, demand management, compressed air distribution systems, solar applications, building materials and construction, indoor air quality, and water conservation.

Kelly Brown is the Administrative Manager with BrightLine Group. Kelly has a versatile background working in professional services firms and in a technology and entrepreneurship-focused university center. She has significant experience in marketing and communications, project and program management, and operations. She thrives on execution and loves to simply jump in and get things done. At BrightLine Group, Kelly's efforts include finances, human resources, operations, facilities, marketing, and business development.
With over 13 years of experience in the energy efficiency realm, Mary-Hall focuses on providing technical expertise and insight to her projects. Mary-Hall excels at applying her background in energy engineering to evaluate the performance of energy efficiency technologies, projects, and programs. She has expertise in a wide variety of energy analysis tools and techniques including utility bill analysis and energy simulation modelling. She has extensive experience working at all levels and stages of DSM impact evaluations, from performing field measurements to managing at the portfolio level. She applies her start-to-finish understanding of the evaluation process to design evaluation plans that produce accurate and defensible results. Mary-Hall is located in the Jackson, MS area.
Sophie Frey is a Project Engineer at BrightLine Group with experience in engineering development and analysis. Her background includes research, technical writing, data analysis, sustainable design and more. With both a liberal arts degree and an engineering degree, Sophie is particularly comfortable working in the technical details while also looking at systems in their entirety.
