Carl has the experience of practicing law since 1984. He started working in general litigation for several years with an oil and gas firm handling criminal cases and general civil cases . He then started practicing Workers Compensation practice with the Mastagni Law firm. Carl then started working as staff counsel for Trans America Insurance Company handling workers compensation and subrogation cases. In 1996, he started his own practice representing injured workers and was handling Criminal Cases on public defenders case conflicts. In 2001-2004 he had his own practice and also worked as a consultant for Sander and Associates. Since 2004, he has had his own practice handling Bankruptcy matters, Criminal cases, Family law, social security claims , and workers compensation cases.
