Our managing director, Dr Rodney Jilek is an adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra, and a former Clinical Advisor to the Department of Health and Ageing with over 30 years experience in the sector, while our Chief Operating Officer, Nicole Smith has over 20 years experience in managing aged care services and is a well respected leader in person centred care.
