Dr. Syeda Sabera Tabassum previously involved in Country Vision as a Senior Volunteer. She obtained FCPS Degree from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU), Dhaka, Bangladesh. She ensured smooth operation of Health, Nutrition and Sanitation Program/Project activities. She achieved proactively managed important and time-sensitive tasks and to established efficient and effective of operation in Health, Nutrition and Sanitation Program. She is responsible for smooth Implementation of any kinds of big assignments on all kinds of Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Activities Implemented by Country Vision. She is very dedicated, skilled and sincere. She is also responsible for assisting the Project Planning, Designing and implementation of different types of training program on Health, Nutrition, Hygiene, Sanitation, Diets, Food and Nutrition Survey, Family Planning, Maternal and Child Health, Child Mortality, Health and Nutrition of the Lactating Mothers, Birth Weight, Growth Monitoring, Supervision, Monitoring, Evaluation Functions of the Planned Activities. She conducting training courses and impart training as a resource person. She has extensive experience on Health, Nutrition, Hygiene, Sanitation, Diets, Family Planning, Child Mortality, Health and Nutrition of the Lactating Mothers, Birth Weight, Advocacy Campaign and Research, Community Development, Planning Activities. Mr. Monirul Haque previously involved in Country Vision as a Senior Volunteer. He achieved Graduate Degree on Media and Mass Communication from University of Dhaka and he obtained EMBA Degree on Entrepreneurship Development and Management from IBA under University of Dhaka and responsible for Follow up, Supervision and Monitoring of Business and Entrepreneurship Development Program and also Media and Mass Communication Activities in Country Vision. He received Training on Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation; TOT, Communication Methods and training on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) as a Method of Planning and Implementation of Any Development Program. He has wide range of experience on Project Supervision, Monitoring and Evaluation and close conduction with local and foreign donors representative and GOB officials, Designing, Building Cost Structure, Proper Management and to Ensure its Fair Implementation, Formulating Strategic Information Communication Plan on IEC Campaign, Maintaining of all necessary project related paper records and documentation and to help the senior officials of Country Vision including head office and field level staffs/personals. Ms. Dilruba Afroze involved in Country Vision as a Senior Volunteer. She obtained a degree on MSS in the field of Social Science from University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She achieved proactively managed important and time-sensitive tasks and to established efficient and effective of operation in Human Rights and Good Governance Education Program. She is very dedicated, skilled and sincere. She also mobilized and manage the Country Vision youth volunteers and the community volunteers in Rural the Communities and Vulnerable Communities in Bangladesh. She is responsible for smooth implementation of any kinds of big assignments on all kinds of Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Activities Implemented by Country Vision. She has possess experience on Development Based Programs like Human Rights and Good Governance, Women and Children Rights, Social Awereness, Social Protection, Women Empowerment, Gender Equality, Human Resource Development and Management, Ligal Rights, Education, Socioeconomic Study, Advocacy Campaign and Research, Planning and Execution of Training, Meeting, Workshop, Seminar and Symposium. She achieved proactively managed important and time-sensitive tasks and to established efficient and effective of operation in Women Empowerment and Development, Gender Equality, Education and also Employment Assistance Program. She is responsible for smooth implementation of any kinds of big assignments on all kinds of Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Activities Implemented by Country Vision. She has wide range experience on project proposal preparation, planning, design, costing and implementation of socioeconomic study and comprehensive baseline survey activities through PRA methods, specially for Women Empowerment Projects/Programs. She is Responsible for various activities provided in the project i.e. Collect and Compile Women Empowerment, Gender Equality and Socio Economic Data from the Community.
