Early Childhood Environments (ECE) operates a bilingual, STAR 4 program where children learn in a diverse, supportive environment. ECE provides a comprehensive Head Start, PHL Pre-K and afterschool program for more than 100 children. In addition, ECE offers an arts and academic enrichment summer camp to more than 75 children. ECE offers educational programming year-round.
