FIJI COFFEE BAR

Fiji Coffee Bar is an exciting new coffee, chocolate and speciality tea bar located within the Merrion Shopping Centre, Dublin. The brainchild of Barry Cahill, long time tenant of the Merrion Centre, he was directly affected by the banking crisis and the subsequent recession. Seeking a new business opportunity, he was inspired to open a coffee chocolate bar by his mother Vivienne Cahill, who ran a successful coffee bar in her boutique in Glasthule in the mid eighties called Fiji's. The concept behind this new venture focuses on providing freshly roasted coffee served by experienced baristas, handmade Irish chocolates and speciality teas to customers. Working with partners, he researched extensively to identify and select the highest quality artisan coffee, chocolates and teas available within Ireland... The Fiji Coffee Bar, is an exciting new coffee, chocolate and specialist tea bar located at the Merrion Shpping Centre, Dublin.
