Byron Green is Vice President of Global Operations for L3Harris Technologies, Inc. In this role, Green has the responsibility for leading global manufacturing and facilities, quality, environmental health and safety, supply chain management and e3 - L3Harris' lean operating system. Green has more than 20 years of extensive operations and enterprise continuous improvement experience in large, global manufacturing organizations.
Green joined L3Harris in July 2019 from Whirlpool Corporation where he most recently served as the Vice President of Manufacturing for the North American region. In this role, Green was accountable for production, manufacturing engineering, and advanced program planning for 14 manufacturing facilities and 28,000 employees.
Prior to joining Whirlpool in 2017, Green spent almost 20 years at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, ultimately leading the North American vehicle assembly, producing 2.3 million vehicles annually. In this role, Green had responsibility for advanced program planning and investments, process design activities, and program management and launch.
Green joined Chrysler in 1998 and over the course of his tenure held a wide variety of operations and manufacturing roles, including Plant Manager of several facilities; Vice President, Powertrain - Engine/Foundry Manufacturing; Vice President, Manufacturing for the Jeep and truck division; and Vice President, Manufacturing Engineering, where he was responsible for leading the advanced manufacturing engineering function for the company globally, including process development and standardization, lean manufacturing, and execution of new model launches.
Green began his career as a manufacturing co-op student at General Motors. Upon graduation, he spent nine years in escalating production and manufacturing engineering roles at both General Motors and Ford Motor Company.
Green received his master's degree in engineering management/control systems from University of Detroit Mercy and his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the former General Motor Institute, now Kettering University.

Christina L. Zamarro, 51, joined the L3Harris board in July 2022 and serves as a member of our Audit and Finance Committees. She is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, responsible for the company's global finance organization and overseeing Goodyear's treasury, investor relations, accounting, audit and financial planning & analysis, as well as its business unit finance teams.
Prior to her current role, Zamarro served as Goodyear's Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, responsible for the company's capital allocation management and oversees Goodyear's global treasury, strategic planning and analysis, risk management and investor relations functions. She also served as Assistant Treasurer for Capital Markets and Risk Management, responsible for Goodyear's global capital markets, creditor relations, risk management and pension asset management. In 2014, she was named Vice President, Investor Relations, and in 2018 took on additional responsibilities of Goodyear's Financial Planning and Analysis function. Zamarro has been with the Akron, Ohio-based company since 2007. Before joining Goodyear, she held finance positions at Ford Motor Company.
Zamarro is a member of the Council for Institutional Investors, Women in Leadership, National Investor Relations Institute, Association for Finance Professionals and American Finance Organization.

Kubasik was appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2021. Immediately prior, he served as Vice Chair, President and Chief Operating Officer - roles he assumed upon the merger of L3 Technologies, Inc. and Harris Corporation in June 2019.
Kubasik has more than 30 years of experience in the A&D industry, having joined L3 Technologies as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2015. He was elected Chair of the board in May 2018 after having been named Chief Executive Officer and elected to the company's board of directors in January 2018.
Earlier, Kubasik was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Seabury Advisory Group LLC, a leading aviation and A&D professional services firm. In 2010, he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he also held several senior executive and finance roles. Before joining Lockheed Martin, he enjoyed a successful career at Ernst & Young, where he was named partner in 1996.
Kubasik is a member of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), Air Force Association (AFA), the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the Navy League of the United States, the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Board of Directors, and the Florida Council of 100.
Kubasik received his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business. He also completed the Systems Acquisition management Program at the Defense Acquisition University at Fort Belvoir and received an Executive Engineering Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.

Dr. Ross Niebergall is President of the Aerojet Rocketdyne segment for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, Dr. Niebergall is responsible for business strategy, financial performance, successful execution and growth of Aerojet Rocketdyne, a proven provider of world-class propulsion systems and energetics to the DoD, NASA and other partners and allies worldwide. Previously, Dr. Niebergall served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of L3Harris, where he led the company's engineering & technology organization, drove the overall technology strategy and aligned R&D investments to growth objectives.
Dr. Niebergall joined Harris Corporation in 2017 to serve as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer prior to the company's merger with L3 Technologies. He previously served as a Vice President of Engineering and Technology for Raytheon's Intelligence, Information and Services unit. In this role, he supported the development of a diverse portfolio, spanning both commercial and defense markets, including cyber security, command and control systems, sensors and imaging, and mission support products.
During his career at Raytheon, Dr. Niebergall held significant technical and leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer of U.S. operations for the Thales-Raytheon Systems joint venture.
Dr. Niebergall has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Regina in Canada, and a master's and doctorate degree in mathematics from the University of Notre Dame. He has served as an associate professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Northern British Columbia and as a post doctoral research fellow and visiting scientist at McMaster University in Ontario.
Retired General Edward A. Rice, Jr., U.S. Air Force, 66, has been a member of the L3Harris board since February 2023 and serves as a member of our Innovation and Cyber Committee. Rice is a retired four-star general and served as commander of the U.S. Air Force, Air Education and Training Command until his retirement in 2013. Following his retirement from the Air Force, Rice has been an independent consultant with Ed Rice Consulting (since 2014).
During his 35-year military career, Rice served as a general officer, including commanding U.S. Forces Japan and the 5th Air Force, serving as vice commander of Pacific Air Forces, and commanding the 13th Air Force.

Edward J. "Ed" Zoiss is president of the Space & Airborne Systems segment for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for business strategy, financial performance, successful execution and growth for Space & Airborne Systems, which covers an extensive portfolio of solutions in intelligence, surveillance, small satellites, electronic warfare, avionics (including carriage and release systems), wireless solutions and C4I systems. Previously, Zoiss was president of Harris Corporation's Electronic Systems segment, which included a portion of his current portfolio prior to the company's merger with L3 Technologies, Inc. in June 2019.
Retired Admiral Harry B. Harris, Jr., U.S. Navy, 66, has been a member of the L3Harris board since 2021 and serves as a member of our Innovation and Cyber and Nominating and Governance Committees. Harris is former U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea (2018 - 2021).
During his 40-year U.S. military career, from 1978 to 2018, Harris served as Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Communications Networks and commanded the U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM), U.S. Pacific Fleet, U.S. 6th Fleet, NATO Striking and Support Forces, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 1 and the Joint Task Force in Guantanamo. As Commander of USPACOM, he oversaw 400,000 military and civilian personnel - across more than 50 percent of the globe.
Harris also participated in numerous combat operations, including Desert Shield/Storm, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom and Odyssey Dawn. He has flown more than 4,400 hours, including 400-plus combat hours.

Joanna L. Geraghty, 51, joined the L3Harris board in 2022 and serves as a member of our Audit and Compensation Committees. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of JetBlue, which encompasses the airline as well as subsidiaries JetBlue Technology Ventures and JetBlue Travel Products. Geraghty is also a member of JetBlue's board of directors.
Geraghty previously served as JetBlue's president and chief operating officer from 2018 to 2024; as executive vice president, customer experience from 2014 to 2018; and as executive vice president, chief people officer from 2010-2014. Prior to those roles, she served as vice president and associate general counsel and director of litigation and regulatory affairs. Geraghty has been with the New York-based airline since 2005. Before joining JetBlue, she was a partner at the law firm Holland & Knight.
Geraghty is a member of the board of the JetBlue Foundation and chairperson of the board of Concern Worldwide, an international not for profit organization.

Jon Rambeau is President of the Integrated Mission Systems segment for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for business strategy, financial performance, successful execution and growth of Integrated Mission Systems, which covers an extensive portfolio of solutions including Power Distribution, Reconnaissance, Electro Optics and Aviation.
Before joining L3Harris, Rambeau served as Vice President and General Manager, Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors for Lockheed Martin Corporation's Rotary and Mission Systems business. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic, operational and financial performance of missile defense, radar, shipbuilding, directed energy and combat system integration programs, leading a global workforce of over 10,000 employees.
Rambeau began his career as a mechanical engineer with Lockheed Martin as part of their Operations Leadership Development Program.
He held key leadership roles in business and program management, technology, engineering and operations across multiple business areas in a career spanning 26 years with the firm.
His previous executive leadership roles within Lockheed Martin include vice president for the C6ISR line of business where he was responsible for undersea, cyber, electronic warfare and command and control capability delivery; vice president and general manager for the Training and Logistics Solutions line of business; vice president of F-35 International Programs where he successfully delivered the first international aircraft to the United Kingdom and added both Israel and Japan as additional partner nations; and vice president for Technology Transition within Lockheed Martin's Corporate Engineering and Technology organization.
Rambeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania's College of Engineering and Applied Science.
He currently serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Council to the Dean of Drexel University's College of Engineering.

Kenneth L. Bedingfield is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for oversight of all internal and external financial reporting, Securities and Exchange Commission and Sarbanes Oxley compliance, financial planning, financial controls, capital structure, accounting, audit, financial services, tax, treasury and investor relations.
Bedingfield joined L3Harris in 2023 from Epirus, Inc., where he was Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Ken led the company from research and development through production of electronic components and directed energy systems and multiple successful fundraising rounds. Ken joined Epirus in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to Epirus, Bedingfield spent eight years with Northrop Grumman in finance roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He joined Northrop Grumman in 2011 as Chief Accounting Officer.
Earlier in his career, Bedingfield spent 17 years with KPMG, most recently as the national client leader of its U.S. Aerospace and Defense audit practice.
Bedingfield earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a certified public accountant.

Kirk S. Hachigian, 64, has been a member of the L3Harris board since December 2023 and serves as a member of our Ad Hoc Business Review Committee.
Hachigian served as executive chairman of JELD-WEN Holdings, Inc. from 2016 until he retired in 2019. Prior to that, he served as JELD-WEN's chairman and chief executive officer from 2014 to 2016. Prior to joining JELD-WEN, Hachigian was chairman and chief executive officer at Cooper Industries plc from 2005 to 2012. Prior to that, Hachigian held senior positions with General Electric Company.

Robert B. Millard, 72, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 1997. He serves as our Lead Independent Director and as a member of our Compensation and Finance Committees. Millard served as the chairman of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation from 2014 to 2020 and is now chairman emeritus.
Millard held various business positions including chairman of Realm Partners L.L.C. from 2009 to 2014 and managing director at Lehman Brothers and its predecessors from 1976 to 2008.

Roger B. Prior to this, she was the vice president and chief financial officer of Ferro Corporation from 2007 to 2010. Prior to holding that position, Bailey held various senior management positions over eleven years with The Timken Company, lastly as senior vice president, finance and controller. Earlier in her career, Bailey was an audit supervisor for Deloitte & Touche LLP and then held various positions of increasing responsibility at Tenneco Inc.

Samir B. Mehta is President of the Communication Systems segment for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for business strategy, financial performance, successful execution and growth for Communication Systems, which covers a broad portfolio of solutions, including tactical and airborne radios, secure communications, night vision technology, and professional and public safety networks and products.
Mehta joined L3Harris in January 2023 from Raytheon Technologies, where he most recently served as President, Advanced Structures with Collins Aerospace. In this role, he led a diversified, multibillion-dollar global business of 15,000 employees, overseeing a portfolio focused on next generation flight and aviation components for commercial and military customers.
Prior to Raytheon, Mehta spent over 17 years with Sikorsky Aircraft in various leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility across general management, business development and operations, notably serving as President, Defense Systems & Services, where he led a $4B business with more than 5,000 employees and Sikorsky's military products and services, from technology development to product delivery and support for U.S. government and foreign military customers.
Earlier in his career, Mehta spent five years with Otis Elevator, ultimately serving as Associate General Counsel where he negotiated legal terms and conditions for all customer, supplier and distribution contracts for a complex, $1B aftermarket organization.
Mehta earned a Juris Doctor degree and Master of Public Administration from the University of Connecticut, and a bachelor's degree from Stonehill College.

Scott T. Mikuen is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for L3Harris Technologies. In this role, he oversees legal, contracts, compliance and risk management support for all L3Harris business operations and functional areas. As Corporate Secretary, Mikuen also provides counsel on corporate governance matters and works closely with the L3Harris Board of Directors.
Prior to the merger of L3 Technologies Inc. and Harris Corporation in June 2019, Mikuen held the equivalent position at Harris Corporation, after a succession of roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Secretary. With these roles, he had oversight for various legal functions in addition to responsibility for corporate governance, commercial compliance and SEC compliance.
Prior to joining Harris in 1996, he served as a partner in a Long Island, New York, law firm. Mikuen is admitted to practice in New York and Florida. He is a member of the New York and Florida Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, the Society of Governance Professionals and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Mikuen is also a member of the Orlando Melbourne International Airport Authority Board, the Florida Chamber of Commerce Board and Board of Trustees of Health First.

Thomas A. Dattilo, 71, has been a member of the L3Harris or a predecessor board since 2001 and serves as chair of our Nominating and Governance Committee and as a member of our Compensation Committee. He also served as Harris' chairman from 2012 to 2014. Dattilo is an advisor to various private investment firms. He served as chairman and senior advisor to Portfolio Group from 2013 to 2016 and senior advisor to Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC, from 2007 to 2009.
Prior to joining Cerberus, Dattilo was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from 2000 to 2006. He joined Cooper in 1999 as president and chief operating officer. Prior to that, Dattilo held senior positions with Dana Corporation, including as president of its sealing products group.
Dattilo is also a member of the board of directors of Canoo Inc. (since 2020). He previously served as a director of Solera Holdings, Inc. from 2013 to 2016.

He joined Raytheon in 1972 and held numerous senior positions, including President of Raytheon from 2002 to 2004, Executive Vice President of Raytheon and President of its Electronic Systems division from 2000 to 2002, and Executive Vice President of Raytheon and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Raytheon Systems Company from 1998 to 2000.
Swanson is also a member of the board of directors of Hagerty Inc. (since 2021). He previously served as a director of NextEra Energy, Inc. from 2009 to 2021.
