Originally from Michigan- I moved to Wilmington in 2006 and never looked back! I am the mother of 2 boys who keep me on my toes and are my everything. I have been involved in the beauty and skincare business since 2010 and love all things Aveda! I love working with people and being able to help them feel and look their best selves. Hi! My name is Bri. I am a microblading artist at I Am Salon and Day Spa. Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, I relocated to North Carolina in 2015. After years of trying to figure out my place in the beauty industry, I finally found my niche and started an apprenticeship with Sunni in December of 2021. The following June I was certified as a microblading artist. I have always had a passion for makeup and making women feel and look their best from doing all of my friends hair and makeup to working in salons and beauty shops. When I'm not at work you can find me hanging out with my 3 kids, walking my dog, rollerblading at one of Wilmington's local parks, or reading a good book on the beach.
Hi! I'm Brie and I'm new to Wilmington and I AM Salon but I've been working with Aveda for 6 years. I am very passionate and specialize in all things blonding as well as color. I love doing layered and precision cuts. I am very detail oriented and take every necessary step to make each and everyone of my client's dream hair a reality. I prioritize healthy hair and education on maintenance so all of my clients can preserve their results and keep their hair beautiful! I Am Gina, the Salon Coordinator here at I Am Salon and Day Spa. I graduated from UNCW in May 2022 with a degree in Communication Studies, but I fell in love with the community and atmosphere of Wilmington and decided to stay! I live downtown with my pets, who I adore a little too much, and my fiance who I am so excited to marry in October 2023. I love all things self care, whether it's physical, mental, or spiritual, and I am currently completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training! I have been around the hair industry my entire life, my mom was a hairstylist for 42 years. I am currently working on 24 years myself. I have spent the last 7 years specializing in hair cutting but my love is in the color and highlight world. I am excited to help my clients with their hair goals!

I have been licensed in massage with North Carolina since October 18, 2018. I went to an Esalen style school in Nashua, New Hampshire, which focuses on somatics and treating the person as a whole. I have achieved my Associate's in Holistic Health and Wellness in 2017 and took my state board in 2018 after moving back to NC.

With an extensive background in customer service, Nadia knows how to make everyone feel comfortable and at home with just her presence. As a Wilmington native she is the epitome of the laid-back lifestyle the North Carolina coast has to offer. With an Esthetics license under her belt, feel free to ask any skincare and waxing questions! Whether it is at the front scheduling appointments or assisting clients with product questions, she always makes herself available and is always happy to meet you!
I Am a stylist originally from New Jersey, who started her cosmetology career at Paul Mitchell the School in Jacksonville Florida. With over 9 years in the beauty industry, I have been in Wilmington since 2017 and love the city's laidback lifestyle. While my passions lie in many different places like cooking and traveling, there's nothing I love more than making whoever sits in my chair feel like the most beautiful version of themselves, inside and out. I love a challenge and being pushed in my craft. Whether it's makeup, highlights, cuts or color, I always listen intently and put all my care into your service and needs.

Let me introduce myself. I grew up in Michigan and relocated to Wilmington, NC in 2001 which has now been my home for the better half of my life. I love traveling, tattoos and drinking champagne. I have been in the beauty industry and with I Am Salon and Day Spa since 2009. Starting as an Esthetician, my passion started with skin. I spent many years in an ever growing field keeping up to date with the latest beauty and skincare products and services in order to better serve and educate my clients. In 2018 I ventured into the world of permanent makeup. With a background in Fine Arts, Architecture, Skincare, and a touch of OCD, this makes for the perfect recipe for Microblading and PMU. Having trained with multiple companies and organizations I have been able to perfect my craft by combining different techniques and skills. My focus has been set on giving people the confidence they need with permanent makeup. Besides being a service provider I am also the owner of I Am Salon and Day Spa. It was here that I absolutely fell in love with the Aveda culture and love nothing more than to surround myself and work next to such hardworking, powerful and like-minded people at I Am. On top of embracing the Aveda culture, we all work together by giving back to the community. Each month we partner with a different cause or local charity and all come together to really make a difference. The teamwork and relationships built with each other, our clients, and the community is what makes us an I Am family.

I have been in the hair industry for 24 years. I graduated from Oehrlein School of Cosmetology in 1998 from E. Peoria Illinois where I'm originally from. We moved to Wilmington in 2/2021. I'm newly married with one 14 year old daughter. We're huge animal lovers too.
I enrolled in Oehrlein directly out of high school. Hair and beauty have always been a passion of mine even as a little girl. I used to follow my mom‘s hair stylist around the chair pointing out spots that he "missed." I specialize in Balayage, foil highlights, color, low lighting, brunette dimensional color, tape-in hair extensions, as well as formal styles and make-up for that special occasion. Curly hair is also something I've mastered throughout the years as well as mens cuts and fades. Seeing my clients ecstatic about their hair is a true addiction for me.
I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist with a passion for healthcare and providing pain relief. Born and raised in North Carolina, I graduated with a degree in massage therapy in 2010 and practiced for three years before deciding to go back to school to finish dental assisting.
