Mikael has a broad experience in leading large and complex organizations with strong focus on customers, profits and value creation. He has recruited and assessed a large amount of senior talent during his years of working as a President and CEO of one of the largest listed banking and insurance groups in Finland. Prior to his banking career he worked in senior finance positions in the industrial field in a listed company which is the global leader in complete life-cycle power solutions for the marine and energy markets. He has extensive non-executive Board experience in several listed and non-listed companies since mid-1990s. Mikael holds a Masters degree from the Helsinki School of Economics. For years she has acted as a trusted advisor for companies in building successful leadership teams. Mimma has always been an active professional networker. She is the co-founder of Board Professionals BPF Finland and has acted as its President for several years. During her career in executive search Mimma has given lectures about recruiting personnel as well as career planning in several companies, universities and their alumni organizations. Before founding IMS Talent Mimma worked for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs where she was involved in the recruitment and global placement. Mimma has lived and worked in New York USA and Berlin Germany. Mimma holds a Master's degree from Helsinki School of Economics. Mimma's working languages are Finnish, English, German and Swedish.

Sari Salojärvi

She also focuses on Board Evaluations and Executive Team Services. Sari has ca 20 years of leadership experience from several service companies. She has worked in CEO, Business Unit Director and Lead Consultant roles, leading both people and business and being member of Executive Teams. In addition, Sari has had several board roles, and is currently active as a Chair of Board in a medium sized international service company. Prior to IMS Talent, Sari worked in Executive Search and Executive Education for the past 10 years. She has worked with C-level assignments with variety of industries, including e.g., Finance, Technology, Professional Services, Hospitality, Energy, Telecommunication, Manufacturing and Construction. Sari has also worked abroad and internationally for several years, including Russia, Belgium and Spain. Sebastian majored in Developmental Psychology and holds a Master of Social Sciences Degree from Åbo Akademi.

She has worked as a Head of People for large and listed companies for example in the FMCG-sector, steel industry, media, beverage industry and in global consultancy and ICT.
