Dónal Neville

Dónal Neville is a director of Síor Consulting Ltd. He is a BSc qualified Geologist, and an MSc qualified Hydrogeologist, with over 8 years' experience in Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Python programming, Remote Sensing, working on geological, hydrological, hydrogeological, planning / hazard / risk assessments, and land cover / use projects. Experiences to date includes the development of complex numerical models for the analysis of water resource management strategies, environmental and water resources management, hazard, and risk analysis. His qualifications encompass GIS analysis of remote sensing derivative products (including Landsat, Sentinel, UAV, LiDAR), geological, hydrological, hydrogeological, geomorphological GIS-based natural hazard mapping and risk analysis, numerical modelling, and optimisation. He has worked on projects in Australia, Comoros, Ireland, Grenada, Jamaica, Palau, Saint Lucia, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Samoa. Jason Morgan

Jason is a geotechnical engineer with over 18 years' of experience working within the ground investigation and consultancy industry. He has worked on numerous small-scale residential projects and large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the UK. Predominantly working as a site operative his roles have included site management, site supervision, logging manager, logging engineer and in-situ testing engineer. In his role of site manager Jason holds several qualifications relating to health and safety while also maintaining an up-to-date understanding of legislation and current codes of practice. Jason's knowledge and experience in geology, site management, health and safety makes him an asset to any project. Jason has a Bsc in Geology and has worked throughout the UK giving him an excellent knowledge of the UK geology as associated ground investigation challenges.

Timothy Neville

Timothy Neville is a Geologist and GIS analyst at Síor Consulting. Having graduated from University College Cork in 2020, he has moved from a part-time role to a full-time position with Síor as he continues to hone his skillset both in the field and in the office. Timothy has academic and professional experience in geospatial analysis (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online), data processing, data management, field investigations, geophysical surveying, hydrogeology, and stakeholder engagement. In addition, Timothy is responsible for managing Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT) geophysical surveying at Síor.

Tristan Morgan

Tristan is a geotechnical engineer with over 18 years' experience working within consultancy. His project portfolio comprises small-scale residential projects to large, multidiscipline industrial and infrastructure schemes within the UK and internationally. These projects have supported several business sectors including local authorities, power infrastructure, residential, commercial, highways and rail. Experience includes feasibility and detailed design for new and remedial works to slopes, earthworks, ground improvement, retaining walls and horizontal directional drill projects. In addition to detailed design, site roles have also included construction supervision, management, and validation of geotechnical works. Key roles and responsibilities have included supervising and managing ground investigations, geotechnical design lead for multidiscipline projects, designer's geotechnical advisor (DGA) and ground risk assessments. In 2010 Tristan became a Chartered Geologist of The Geological Society of London and a European Geologist, following this in 2015 he was added to the UK Register of Ground Engineering Professionals (RoGEP) as a specialist.
