Asheesh Advani is the CEO of Junior Achievement Worldwide and the Board Chair of Prosperity Now. With a background in innovation and entrepreneurship, Asheesh is well versed in starting new business ventures, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
He started as a consultant studying growth through industrial clusters as a source of entrepreneurship and innovation, and then went on to form his first venture, CircleLending, which was sold to Richard Branson's Virgin Group in 2007. Since then, he's gone on to work as a corporate executive, author of business books, active member of nonprofit boards related to entrepreneurship, as well as a magazine columnist. Dr. Rajogopal Raghunathan is an award-winning professor and author of several books, including If You're So Smart, Why Aren't You Happy? His work has been cited in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and The Houston Chronicle, among others, and he's been published in esteemed academic journals such as the Journal of Consumer Research and the Journal of Marketing. His breakthrough theories around human decision making and how it relates to happiness combine elements of behavioral psychology, decision theory, and marketing to try and understand the inner workings of consumer behavior.
