MORETON AND MEOLS PCN

By working together as a Network, we are able to collectivise and utilise our resources and workforce to help tackle health inequalities in the surrounding areas. As a PCN we are able to access additional funding for a wider variety of specialist roles. This helps us to address many of the components that influence health, that GPs could not confront previously due to resource constraints... In addition to the four practices above, we work with other organisations in the wider health community and voluntary sector.
