Chris Beadle is NSW Regional Manager and Principal Engineer with over 12 years' experience in coastal and engineering and coastal management.

Clayton Woods

Clayton is an experienced ecologist who has undertaken numerous ecological assessments across Sydney and greater NSW to support development proposals and the facilitation of environmental projects.

Courtney Smith

Job Titles:

Courtney is a coastal scientist with over three years of experience in coastal management and marine science. Courtney has particular experience in developing coastal management plans for a range of councils across Australia, and has a passion for helping communities mitigate risks from natural hazards and climate change. Courtney also has experience in numerical modelling of marine and estuarine environments including sediment transport modelling, water quality and hydrodynamics and estuarine flooding. Courtney has project experience within all states of Australia and internationally, and is currently completing a post-graduate certificate in Coastal Engineering, which directly informs her work in coastal processes studies, metocean analyses and assessments of extreme events, including tropical cyclones, offshore and coastal storms and flooding.

David Wilkins

David is an experienced project manager with a commitment to contributing to ecologically sustainable development through environmental assessment and planning processes. David has over 20 years experience in managing consulting projects and large scale systems delivery projects. He is particularly adept at assisting clients to analyse and collaboratively resolve complex or contentious issues. David has expertise in flood response planning, environmental assessment and climate change impacts.David provides high quality services in: Impact Assessment Floodplain management Environmental economics Database and web applications

Kelsey Sanborn

Kelsey is a Natural Hazard and Spatial Analyst with expertise in mapping in a range of terrestrial and marine environments. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Environmental Science from Tufts University (Boston, USA), and a first class honours and PhD in Geology from the University of Sydney. Her PhD involved investigating the response and development of past coral reef systems to climate change. Since joining Molino Stewart, Kelsey has worked on a range of flooding and natural hazards projects. Kelsey brings extensive experience in analysing spatial data, performing satellite imagery time series analyses, and interpreting mapped environmental indicators. Kelsey has taught masters and undergraduate level courses on GIS, coastal management, and geological sciences at the University of Sydney. She has published multiple research articles on past sea-level change and coral reef development, and has won several awards for presentations of her research topics at international scientific conferences. Kelsey's main fields of expertise are: Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing Floodplain risk assessment Coastal risk assessment Scientific research and writing Spatial and temporal analysis of environmental data Design and interpretation of land cover and change detection maps Natural hazard analysis and mapping

Rhiannon Garrett

Rhiannon is a geoscientist with expertise in geospatial analysis and geophysical modelling of river catchments.

Roland Van Amstel

Roland is an environmental consultant with a background in natural hazard planning and policy analysis, disaster risk assessment, and resilience development. Roland is completing his master's degree in planning & management of natural hazards, focusing on supporting vulnerable communities, flood risk management, planning policy, climate change adaptation and resilience to environmental change of complex-adaptive social-ecological systems. With master's degrees in aerospace engineering and business administration, Roland has gained extensive key account- and project-management experience in international business to business environments. At Water Technology, Roland is part of the Natural Hazards Team working on risk management, evacuation capability assessments, resilience development and spatial analysis with a particular focus on flooding and heat hazards. Roland is also involved with environmental management systems and auditing.

Ruth Fernando
