Ashley Boots is the Chief Human Resources Officer at NMC Healthcare and is responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy to support NMC's business plans and transformation agenda. She has more than 20 years of international experience in both developed (US, Europe) and emerging (Middle East, Africa, Asia) markets.
Ashley is SHRM-SCP certified and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Babson College, MA, USA, which she complemented with an Executive Master's in Business Administration, earning a distinction from Hult International Business School, Dubai, UAE.
Prior to joining NMC, Ashley developed her passion for change management and delivering organizational transformations through her experience working with companies such as RSA (Regional HR Transformation Director), Noor Bank (Senior Vice President, Head of HR Operations and Transformation), Barclays Bank (Vice President, HR Operations Lead MENA) and General Electric (Service Delivery Leader, GE Global Operations).

Dr. Ahmad Abdul-Rahman received his medical degree MD from School of Medicine, Aleppo University in Syria (2000). He completed all of the surgical training in UK and attained Certificate of Completion Basic Surgical Training (CCBST) in 2006, MRCS Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 2006, Master degree MSc in Urology at University College London (UCL) in 2009, FRCS (Urology) Royal College of Surgeons, and Certificate of Completion Training (CCT) UK.
Dr. Ahmad has been trained and worked as a physician in the National Health Service (NHS) for the last eighteen years. Prior to joining our hospital Dr Ahmad has been a consultant urological surgeon at Hull University Teaching Hospital and appointed as Honorary Senior Lecturer at Hull York Medical School (HYMS). He also previously served as the Director of female urology and uro-gynaecology department in Hull, UK.
Dr. Ahmad practices general urology, including all areas of urologic oncology, benign urology, and he is expert in minimally invasive prostate surgery and he treats female incontinence and prolapse with (Erbium YAG Laser) and BOTOX. Dr. Ahmad, helped patients from all across Yorkshire in UK with his unique skills in Sacral neuromodulator implants. Patients traveled from further afield, like Ireland and Kuwait to seek his advice and expertise.

Dr. Al Khayer brings over 20 years of medical experience with him to Provita. He joins us as from Al Ahli Hospital, Qatar, where he established a revolutionary department specialising in physical and rehabilitation medicine. Prior to that, he worked in the United Kingdom as a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine at the North Staffordshire Rehabilitation Centre. He also worked briefly in the Republic of Ireland and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine.
Dr. Al Khayer completed his training in the field of Rehabilitation Medicine in the West of Scotland Deanery, UK. He also completed a clinical fellowship in advanced pain medicine at the Greater Glasgow & Clyde NHS Trust, UK, and a clinical research fellowship in Spinal disorders at the Centre for Spinal Studies and Surgery. Dr. Al Khayer is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Glasgow, a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, a Fellow of the European Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Society, and a Fellow of the International Society for Quality in Healthcare. He is a regular contributor to international peer-reviewed medical journals such as the ‘International Journal of Therapies and Rehabilitation Research' and is a reviewer for the journal ‘Spine'.
Dr. Al Khayer's approach to clinical care is largely grounded on the holistic multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary models. He firmly believes in working closely with the patient and his family in order to develop patient-centered rehabilitation goals. His focus areas include general rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal medicine, as well as interventional rehabilitation management procedures.
Through his role at ProVita, Dr. Al Khayer will collaborate with the team to ensure that only the highest quality of rehabilitation care is provided to patients, and to strengthen the centre as a provider of long and short-term post-acute rehabilitative care in the UAE.

Dr. Hachem is a French Consultant Urological Surgeon with more than twenty years' experience as head of Urology department.
He was graduated as a Medical Doctor from the University of Damascus 1981.
He moved in Europe in 1981 where he completed his postgraduate training, initially in General Surgery and awarded his Fellowship in General Surgery from the University of Tours, France in 1986.
He then followed his training in Urology and awarded his urological qualification from the University of Picardy Jules Verne, France in 1989.
Dr. Hachem is fully registered as Urological Surgeon with the French Medical Council.

Dr. Ahmad obtained his Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from Misr University for Science and Technology in 2008. Furthermore, he continued a residency training program and obtained his Master's degree in Family Medicine from Jordan University Hospital. In 2015, Dr. Ahmad had successfully received the Jordanian board in Family Medicine and passed Canadian medical examination.
He is an established and highly skilled physician with 7 years of experience. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Haq is an Irish doctor of Jordanian descent. His entire training was in Obstetrics & gynecology in large hospitals in UK and Ireland, where he worked for over 22 years including 14 years as a full-time consultant. He got his membership of the prestigious Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in London in 1998 and the membership of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (MRCP) in 2002.
He received the Jordanian Board in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (JBOG) in 2004 and the Membership of the American College (MACOG) in 2006. Between 1993 and 1998, he was trained in many large British Isles hospitals including Newcastle General Hospital, Cork University Hospital, Galway University Hospital, St. James's Hospital and Limerick University Hospital. He was appointed as a full-time consultant in 2000 and worked in Warwick University Hospital in Coventry, Warwickshire and Milton Keynes General Hospital in Buckinghamshire. He also worked in Whitfield Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital in Ireland.
During his time in the British Isles, he achieved level 3 of Laparoscopic Surgery and advanced Urogynaecology. Frank Gabriel DeLisi is the Senior Vice President - Operations at NMC Healthcare, with over 30 years of extensive experience in strategic leadership roles in private, non-profit and public hospital settings. He was the Group Chief Operating Officer at Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) before joining NMC.
He has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA, 1984) and a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS, 1981), both from the University of Pittsburgh. He began his career as a Hospital Vice President in 1985 and assumed his first hospital CEO post in 1993.
Prior to SEHA, he served as CEO at an inner-city 354-bed community hospital in Washington, D.C and at a 420-bed community safety-net hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He also served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at an 829-bed teaching and academic quaternary hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He has also held senior roles such as President/CEO and regional administrator in a multitude of profit and non-profit organizations, including concurrent oversight of 21 facilities in multiple states. DeLisi had previously led several successful transformations that yielded positive outcomes. He is bottom-line driven and keeps the staff motivated through a value-driven culture focused on superior customer service and by demonstrating effective clinical outcomes.

Kate Hoffmann, has recently joined NMC as the Corporate Chief Nurse. In this role she will lead on all assurance activities related to the quality of clinical and nursing services and patient experience.
Kate joins us from Aspen Healthcare in the UK, where she held the role of Group Chief Nurse; a role in which she was responsible for the strategic and operational management of all clinical services, whilst ensuring the governance of the organization put patient safety first.
A registered nurse for 35 years, Kate is a critical care specialist nurse. She started her career at St Thomas' Hospital in London, has worked in NHS and more recently, Private hospitals all over the UK and also works for UK Resuscitation Council as an ALS, EPALS and GIC Instructor.
Kate feels passionately that every patient has the right to receive outstanding care and believes that empowering nurses to do the right thing and stand up for safety is critical to the success of any healthcare business.

Michael Davis is the CEO of NMC Healthcare and has over 31 years of experience within large acute and post-acute listed hospital systems in the US and UAE.
He held the position of Chief Clinical Officer for the Hospital Division of RehabCare with operational oversight of 36 long-term acute care and inpatient rehabilitation hospitals across the United States. When RehabCare was acquired by Kindred Healthcare, Michael stayed on to serve as a Market CEO for Kindred, one of the largest healthcare providers in North America.
Michael relocated to the UAE in 2013 to join TVM Healthcare MENA, a boutique private equity fund to assist in the growth and development of their long-term care business and held the position of CEO of ProVita International Medical Center, the first provider of long-term acute care in the UAE. Michael came into the roles of NMC when Provita was acquired by them in 2015. He moved to NMC's corporate strategic leadership team in 2017 as the company's Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Michael was instrumental in chalking out NMC's foray into one of the largest Middle East Healthcare Market - Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Abdul Salman has completed MPhil. Prakash joined NMC in 2012 as General Manager for marketing and was responsible for planning, implementing and managing marketing operations. His role broadened in 2015 when he was appointed as the Vice President for Corporate Development, a position that involved evaluating and executing a wide range of business development initiatives and integration with acquired entities. In September 2017 he was appointed as the Director -IVF Operations. The key role was to coordinate with acquired entities and provide central resources in supporting their goals.
Prior to joining NMC Healthcare, Prakash worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for 24 years across leading pharmaceutical companies in product management, sales and marketing.

Umesh is the Chief Commercial Officer at NMC and has a cumulative experience of over 25 years across the healthcare industry, banking and government organizations in UAE, US and Marshall Islands. He is primarily responsible for managing and supervising operations of the organic healthcare entities in the UAE, Aspen Healthcare, UK and the operations and management vertical of NMC. Additionally, he is responsible for implementing corporate restructuring initiatives for NMC Healthcare and deploying strategic initiatives aimed at improving profitability, evaluating the commercial viability of new ventures and projects, commissioning Greenfield projects from conception to operations and assisting the senior management in implementing strategic management programs.
Umesh has successfully led the private placement program of NMC Healthcare to its completion in 2011. He has developed robust business models for the healthcare division of NMC Healthcare and improved its profitability significantly, successfully commissioned Greenfield projects and established the company's operations and management (O&M) vertical and led the successful turnaround of Aspen Healthcare operations.
