Akylbek Umetaliev's practical experience is combined with deep and fundamental theoretical knowledge in the field of Economics, management and logistics. He has extensive management experience as a top Manager in the mining industry, in private industrial companies and in development projects funded by the World Bank. The experience of interaction between Akylbek Umetaliev and state authorized bodies was successfully implemented when creating the Department of Logistics at the University.

Alexander Puzikov

Alexander Puzikov is a professional in the fields of web/systems analytics, internet marketing, and IT project management with over 15 years of practical experience. He successfully graduated from the International University of Kyrgyzstan with a degree in Information Systems and the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with a degree in Marketing Management and Advertising, earning a master's degree in Information Technology. He is an active participant in the international community, notably serving as an internationally accredited member of the jury for the Delphic Games in the "Web Design" category and as the jury chair in Kyrgyzstan. His involvement in events of this caliber attests to his high level of professionalism and authority in the IT sphere. Alexander Puzikov's professional career spans the entire development and management cycle of IT projects, from formulating technical tasks and task planning to the successful implementation and subsequent support of products. His specialization includes task assignment to developers, collaboration with designers, and team management. His communicative skills and ability to work effectively in a team allow him to successfully interact with colleagues, exchange ideas, and develop solutions during product meetings.

Paul Belokon

Pavel Belokon works at the Kyrgyz state Technical University named after I. Razzakov. He was educated at the KNU named after Zh. Balasagyn in the direction of "computer network Administrator". Has membership in professional associations. Received professional certification in information and communication technologies course (C++, C#); "Pedagogical excellence", NI LabVIEW Fundamentals Workshop. Successfully completed an international course on the basics of programming Internet segments in NI LabVIEW. SIGMA CLERMONT Erasmus+. ProdLog. development of a master's program in "resource-Efficient production logistics". Has a certificate in graphic design course. He completed postgraduate studies at KSTU named after I. Razzakov in the direction 05.13.01. - System analysis, management and information processing. Speaks the following languages: Russian-native language, fluent Kyrgyz and English. He started his career in 2007 as an engineer at the software and hardware laboratory automation of water metering and water distribution in the Kyrgyz research Institute of irrigation. In 2010, he started teaching at the faculty of Engineering and Economics of the Kyrgyz State Technical University. He manages the PPLO's site design and provides technical assistance in editing all materials-reports, articles, reviews, booklets, publications, advertising banners and videos.

Temir Shabdanaliev

Temir Shabdanaliev is currently the Chairman of the Association of Carriers and logisticians of the Kyrgyz Republic, associate Professor of the Department of Logistics at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov. He graduated from the faculty of mechanics of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Automobile Transport. For many years he worked in the field of transport logistics, dealing with issues of optimization of international cargo transportation. He is an expert of CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport), a member of the Council of FAPE (Federation of associations of carriers and freight forwarders), and the Advisory Board of GCCA (Global Cold Chain Alliance). Sees the prospect of developing international trade in Kyrgyzstan through the development of logistics. Proved to be an effective Manager in managing material flows and human resources. Unites like-minded people to solve many important tasks. Speaks the following languages: Kyrgyz, Russian.
