Adam Scott

Adam Scott serves as the president of Diversified Businesses for Point32Health. In this role, Adam is responsible for the strategic direction of this growth area, which includes Health Plans, Inc., MedWatch, Trestle Tree, Employers Health Network and Integra Partners. It also includes Specialty Products and business development, Point32Health's mergers and acquisitions and venture activity. Adam joined the organization in 2018 as senior vice president of Health Care Services, where he led enterprise-wide programs and initiatives related to population health management, behavioral health, clinical and pharmacy operations, provider contracting, provider performance management and medical cost innovation. Prior to joining the organization, Adam most recently served as president and CEO of ActiveHealth Management, a subsidiary of Aetna and a nationally recognized population health management company that collaborates with employers, health plans, governments and providers to support health and wellness. Before his appointment at ActiveHealth, Adam served in various leadership roles at Aetna, including vice president of Clinical Operations for its Commercial Business and managing director of Aetna's Innovation Labs. He has also held positions at Proventys (acquired by McKesson), Kaufman Hall and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Bertram Scott

Deb is president and CEO of Health Plans, Inc. (HPI), a Point32Health company. In this role, Deb manages the direction and evaluation of the organization's fiscal function and performance and leads HPI's diversification growth strategy. Under Deb's leadership, HPI has grown to be a leading national third-party administrator and has acquired three subsidiaries, MedWatch, TrestleTree and EHN, which continue to differentiate HPI in the marketplace. Deb joined HPI in 1993 to build their self-funded sales team as regional sales executive, serving as development architect as the company transitioned operations to primarily administer self-funded health plans. Deb has since served numerous roles in the sales area including vice president of Sales and Marketing. As senior vice president, Deb's responsibilities included care management and health strategies, reporting and analytics and operations. Diane L. Gilworth

As the chief clinical officer, Diane had oversight for case management, quality management, medical policy, grievances and appeals, utilization management (UM), UM medical review physicians and the senior medical directors. Prior to joining BMCHP, Diane served as the senior vice president (SVP) of Clinical Services at Highmark Health in Pittsburgh, where she was promoted to the SVP of the Integrated Delivery and Financing division working directly to integrate the provider and payer roles. Prior to that, Diane served at Aetna Medicaid as the national executive director of Clinical Operations and was promoted to chief nursing officer. While at Aetna, Diane had oversight for Medicaid care delivery services across 17 states. Diane, a geriatric nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology, has more than 30 years of direct inpatient and ambulatory experience. She developed and operated one of the largest complex chronic care programs in the country at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates/Atrius while serving as the vice president and director of nursing. Diane received a Master of Adult/Geriatric Nursing, Advanced Practice Degree at Simmons College in Boston, a Master of Public Health from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University. Dr. Myechia Minter-Jordan

Dr. Myechia Minter-Jordan oversees the DentaQuest Partnership for Oral Health Advancement and Impact Group, leading research and grantmaking activities focused on improving oral health, integrating oral health and overall health through medical/dental collaborations, moving toward a value-based payment model, and guiding a growing research and data portfolio. Myechia joined DentaQuest in 2019 after twelve years at the Roxbury, Mass.-based Dimock Center, transforming it into a national model for comprehensive health and human services, with an emphasis on the integration of clinical and behavioral health practices. She serves on several boards and committees that include the Yawkey Foundation, The Boston Foundation, the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Peter Church - CHRO
