Adam Scott serves as the president of Diversified Businesses for Point32Health. In this role, Adam is responsible for the strategic direction of this growth area, which includes Health Plans, Inc., MedWatch, Trestle Tree, Employers Health Network and Integra Partners. It also includes Specialty Products and business development, Point32Health's mergers and acquisitions and venture activity.
Adam joined the organization in 2018 as senior vice president of Health Care Services, where he led enterprise-wide programs and initiatives related to population health management, behavioral health, clinical and pharmacy operations, provider contracting, provider performance management and medical cost innovation.
Prior to joining the organization, Adam most recently served as president and CEO of ActiveHealth Management, a subsidiary of Aetna and a nationally recognized population health management company that collaborates with employers, health plans, governments and providers to support health and wellness. Before his appointment at ActiveHealth, Adam served in various leadership roles at Aetna, including vice president of Clinical Operations for its Commercial Business and managing director of Aetna's Innovation Labs. He has also held positions at Proventys (acquired by McKesson), Kaufman Hall and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
Adam currently serves on the board of directors of 2Life Communities, CarePartners of Connecticut, Health Plans, Inc., Integra Partners, MedWatch and TrestleTree. He is also a board observer at Clever Care Health Plan, SameSky Health and Good Measures. Bertram Scott brings over 25 years of experience in corporate governance and business expertise in the health care and insurance fields to the board. Bert recently served as senior vice president of population health at Novant Health, an integrated system of physician practices, hospitals, and outpatient centers in North Carolina. Formerly, he was president and CEO of Affinity Health Plan and held positions at Cigna, TiAA-CREF, and Horizon Mercy HealthCare.

Cain Hayes is president and chief executive officer of Point32Health, a $9-billion organization that includes Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. Serving 2.2 million members across five states, Point32Health is one of New England's largest non-profit health and well-being organizations.
Cain is responsible for leading the company's executive team, ensuring a strong culture of quality, innovation and customer service, and defining strategic vision and direction. He is active and visible in supporting community initiatives to further Point32Health's mission and purpose.
Previously, Cain served as president & CEO of Gateway Health, a leading managed care organization, where he was responsible for all strategy and day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to that, he was president & COO of the Health Business for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.
Cain was also president of the national accounts division for Aetna - serving more than 7 million members throughout the U.S. - where he had full financial and operating responsibility for the $9-billion business. Prior to Aetna, Cain held several executive leadership positions at Nationwide and Principal Financial Group.
As a health care executive, Cain is a passionate advocate for the "total health" of the members and the communities of the organization he leads. He has historically made this approach to whole-person care one of the core components of an organization's community-focused mission and strategic path forward. By employing this approach, Cain has successfully launched multiple member-centric programs to address issues such as food and housing insecurity, economic instability and mental health.

Previously, she held leadership positions at Blue Cross of Massachusetts and with the Consumer Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's office. Christine has also held leadership roles in technology sales, startup companies and in financial services in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Dean Peasley is senior vice president, Health Plan Service Operations at Point32Health. Dean joined Point32Health from Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he held leadership positions across several corporate functions, operations and large-scale integrations for more than 19 years. Dean led multiple sales and customer service channels including digital, telesales and strategic partnerships, as well as claims operations with 7,500 field personnel under management and broad home office enablement functions including strategic planning, analytics, business process, technology and innovation.
Dean holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross as well as a Master of Business Administration and a master's degree in information systems from Boston University Questrom School of Management.

Deb is president and CEO of Health Plans, Inc. (HPI), a Point32Health company. In this role, Deb manages the direction and evaluation of the organization's fiscal function and performance and leads HPI's diversification growth strategy. Under Deb's leadership, HPI has grown to be a leading national third-party administrator and has acquired three subsidiaries, MedWatch, TrestleTree and EHN, which continue to differentiate HPI in the marketplace.
Deb joined HPI in 1993 to build their self-funded sales team as regional sales executive, serving as development architect as the company transitioned operations to primarily administer self-funded health plans. Deb has since served numerous roles in the sales area including vice president of Sales and Marketing. As senior vice president, Deb's responsibilities included care management and health strategies, reporting and analytics and operations.
Deb is a board member for the Self-Insurance Institute of America, Inc. (SIIA), and holds a Bachelor of Science in health care administration.

Diane L. Gilworth is senior vice president of Health Care Services at Point32Health. In this capacity, Diane oversees the clinical and operational management of behavioral health, pharmacy (including the pharmacy benefit manager), utilization management, appeals and grievances, care management and medical cost management for Medicare, Medicaid, Connector Care and commercial lines of business.
Prior to joining Point32Health, Diane served as the chief clinical officer at Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan (BMCHP) for Medicare, Medicaid and qualified health plan (QHP) members. As the chief clinical officer, Diane had oversight for case management, quality management, medical policy, grievances and appeals, utilization management (UM), UM medical review physicians and the senior medical directors.
Prior to joining BMCHP, Diane served as the senior vice president (SVP) of Clinical Services at Highmark Health in Pittsburgh, where she was promoted to the SVP of the Integrated Delivery and Financing division working directly to integrate the provider and payer roles. Prior to that, Diane served at Aetna Medicaid as the national executive director of Clinical Operations and was promoted to chief nursing officer. While at Aetna, Diane had oversight for Medicaid care delivery services across 17 states.
Diane, a geriatric nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology, has more than 30 years of direct inpatient and ambulatory experience. She developed and operated one of the largest complex chronic care programs in the country at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates/Atrius while serving as the vice president and director of nursing.
Diane received a Master of Adult/Geriatric Nursing, Advanced Practice Degree at Simmons College in Boston, a Master of Public Health from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University. Diane has specialty certifications in critical care cursing and advanced bioethics from Georgetown University.

Dominic joined Integra Partners, a Point32Health company, in 2016 as chief financial officer and was appointed chief executive officer in 2019. Integra is a recognized thought leader on durable medical equipment and prosthetic and orthotic services.
As CEO, Dominic is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the organization. Under Dominic's leadership, Integra has seen significant growth and network expansion. Among Dominic's achievements at Integra is the creation of a new customer-centric model, which improved operations and increased revenues.
Dominic's career has spanned several industries, including financial services, information management and health care. Prior to joining Integra, Dominic was vice president of Finance for American Express where he held several leadership roles. He also co-founded an information services start-up, CB Insights, and held leadership positions at AIG, Nexant and ABB.

Dr. Myechia Minter-Jordan oversees the DentaQuest Partnership for Oral Health Advancement and Impact Group, leading research and grantmaking activities focused on improving oral health, integrating oral health and overall health through medical/dental collaborations, moving toward a value-based payment model, and guiding a growing research and data portfolio.
Myechia joined DentaQuest in 2019 after twelve years at the Roxbury, Mass.-based Dimock Center, transforming it into a national model for comprehensive health and human services, with an emphasis on the integration of clinical and behavioral health practices.
She serves on several boards and committees that include the Yawkey Foundation, The Boston Foundation, the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. In the past, she has served on a number of boards and committees within Massachusetts and Boston, including the Massachusetts Health Planning Council Advisory Committee, the Boston Public Health Commission, and RIZE Massachusetts-where she focused on combating the opioid epidemic. She has been widely recognized for her leadership and public service.
Myechia holds an M.D. from Brown University School of Medicine, an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, an A.B. from Brown University, and honorary doctorates from Northeastern University and Newbury College.
Eileen Auen has more than 25 years of experience in health care and financial services. Prior to founding health care consultancy Deep Run Consulting LLC, she served as executive chairman of Helios, CEO of PMSI and CEO of APS Healthcare, all health care services organizations. Earlier in her career, she was head of healthcare management for Aetna and president of Health Net of the Northeast.
Eileen was elected to the Tufts Health Plan board in 2016, serving on the Governance, Technology, and Compensation Committees. She also serves on the boards of several organizations, including MedRisk, Angio Dynamics, ICF International, and Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
She holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.S. from Towson University.
Glenn Pomerantz is chief medical officer at Point32Health and is responsible for leading and advancing the organization's clinical capabilities. In this role he oversees clinical innovation, quality and accreditation, medical policy, and the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute, which includes the Department of Population Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Pomerantz previously served as chief medical officer at C2i Genomics, a company that monitors cancer with a blood test that can better determine treatment, progression and recurrence. Prior to joining C2i Genomics, Dr. Pomerantz served as senior vice president of health services at Gateway Health in Pittsburgh, where he developed a 3-5 year network and clinical excellence strategy, which exceeded all state value-based payment goals. He also served as chief medical officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, and as national medical director at Aetna and Cigna. In addition, Dr. Pomerantz previously served as an instructor of medicine at Harvard Medical School and spent thirteen years as a practicing physician.

Peter Church is chief people officer at Point32Health. Peter L. Slavin, MD has a long history of leadership roles in academic medicine and has recently transitioned to pursuing his interests in healthcare investment. In 2022, he joined Advent International (a global private equity firm that invests in healthcare) as an Operating Partner. For the last 6 years, he has served on the board of Amwell (a publicly traded telemedicine company). He is a senior advisor and advisory board member at Arsenal Capital Partners (a New York based private equity firm).
Slavin served as the President of Massachusetts General Hospital from January 2003 until September 2021. From 1999-2002, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, which included over 1,700 physicians and employed nearly 1,000 of them.
From 1997 to 1999, Slavin served as President of Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Before that, he did his training in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital from 1984 to 1987 and was Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer from 1994 to 1997.

Tisa Hughes is chief legal officer of Point32Health, developing and overseeing the organization's legal strategy. With responsibility for legal affairs, compliance and ethics, privacy, the special investigation unit, and corporate governance, she and her team work closely with business leadership on a day-to-day basis to identify and manage risk to the company.
Tisa was previously chief legal officer at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. She joined Harvard Pilgrim in 2014.
Previously, she served as general counsel at Beacon Health Strategies and as deputy general counsel at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Tisa began her legal career in the health law group at the Boston-based law firm Ropes & Gray. Todd Whitbeck has 30 years of experience in finance as a senior executive, including expertise in financial planning and analysis, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and tax law implementation. Previously, he served as chief financial officer of CANarchy, a craft brewery collective, and as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Water Pik, a leader in personal and oral health care products.
