Project Waves was founded in 2018 in direct response to the Trump FCC's repeal of Net Neutrality. Through the design, creation and maintenance of the Project Waves Point-to-Multipoint wireless network, our team has connected more than 300 households to free, high-speed home Internet service. In collaboration with public and private partners, Project Waves continues to grow its network throughout Baltimore, serving as a model for other municipalities as the Digital Divide looms in the United States today... Project Waves is a fiscally-sponsored program of the Digital Harbor Foundation... Project Waves is a non-profit internet service provider serving Baltimore City.
