Adam Binns

Adam joined RMG in January 2014. Prior to this he was Head of WTA Media at Perform, managing the media rights to WTA tennis events worldwide. He has worked in the television and film industry for more than 15 years in various senior roles at the Volvo Ocean Race, Off The Fence, ITV and Sky Sports. Adam has worked on a range of projects including Formula One, UEFA Champions League, Wimbledon and the Rugby World Cup. He has extensive experience in commercial broadcast negotiations and is responsible for RMG's broadcast and production interests in Racing UK, Turf TV and Racing TVi.

Adam Waterworth

Adam has been in the industry all his career, including roles as Managing Director of Haydock Park and Doncaster in the 2000s. In July 2010 he came to Goodwood as Racecourse Managing Director and was promoted to Sport Managing Director in January 2015. He took over as Events Managing Director in September 2020 overseeing all the major motorsport events - Members' Meeting, Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival, including the commercial/sponsorship side of the business - as well as maintaining the overall running of Goodwood Racecourse.

Andy Anson

Andy Anson joined RMG as Independent Non-executive Director at RMG in 2017. Andy brings to the role a wealth of expertise and experience in the media and sports industries, having held senior roles at Manchester United, ATP World Tour and the England 2018 FIFA World Cup Bid. In 2019, he was appointed CEO of the British Olympics Association, joining from Goals Soccer Centres PLC, where he held the same role. Prior to that, Andy was Global President for Teneo Sports, the leading global CEO advisory business.

Ben Dowding

Ben joined RMG in 2013 after 4.5 years working for RMG's largest shareholder The Jockey Club, where he was responsible for regional partnerships in the London region and the relationship lead with Derby sponsor Investec. Joining RMG as Head of Partnerships before becoming Head of B2B, Ben moved to the new role of Director of Betting in 2018. Ben is RMG's commercial and operational lead with bookmakers and associated key suppliers, with his main focus on streaming and data.

Britt Boeskov

Britt brings to RMG nearly 15 years of hands-on executive and managerial experience at one of the leading European listed gaming companies, Kindred Group (formerly Unibet Group). Britt is Chief Experience Officer at Kindred, having previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Business Development Manager.

Clive Cottrell - CMO

Clive was appointed Director of Marketing for Racing UK in February 2011, having spent the preceding 9 months consulting for the Commercial side of the business. Clive joined from the Betting and Gaming sector having performed senior marketing roles since 2003 at both Gala Coral and Party Gaming. In the early part of his career he developed his marketing skills within the Financial Services and Mail Order sectors.

Ed Gretton

Ed was appointed Racing Director at RMG in September 2011. Previously, Ed was Clerk of the Course at Chester and Bangor-on-Dee since 2004 and before that worked at Market Rasen and Nottingham. A former graduate trainee at the BHB, he also worked as a pupil/assistant trainer for Ian Williams in the UK and Etienne Leenders in France, between study periods. He rode three winners from 60 rides as an amateur jump jockey in point to points. He holds an MBA from the University of Chester and a BA in French and Russian from Bristol University.

Ian Houghton

Ian has worked in the racing industry since the end of 1999. Having started his career in the retail sector, a keen interest in racing led to him joining the Tote. Having held a number of positions there, both within the racecourse division and latterly managing the Tote's off-course betting business, Ian joined RMG in June 2010. He is responsible for RMG's international betting business, which involves working closely with SIS, to sell our combined horseracing media rights offering to betting operators globally.

James Sanderson

James is the General Manager & Clerk of the Course at Thirsk Racecourse, North Yorkshire. He is also a director at both Catterick Racecourse and Leicester Racecourse, and a former director and vice-chairman of the Racecourse Association (RCA). James has worked in a similar capacity at several other UK tracks over the years and spent two periods working as an expatriate racing consultant in the Middle East, firstly in Saudi Arabia (2002-04) and then in the Kingdom of Bahrain (2008-11). Prior to undertaking his racing career, James was a British Army officer and served in the Royal Artillery.

Jim Mullen

Jim is CEO of Reach PLC plc, the UK's largest commercial news publisher, with titles including the Daily Mirror, the Daily Express and InYourArea. He is also one of the gaming industry's most prominent figures. He was Group Chief Executive of the Ladbrokes Coral Group PLC, and had also held the position of Chief Executive of Ladbrokes. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Ladbrokes Digital and Chief Operating Officer / International Business of William Hill. Before entering the gaming sector, Jim was Director of Product Management and Commercial and Digital Strategy Director at News International.]

Jonathan Garratt

Jonathan Garratt became the Managing Director of Kelso Racecourse in September 2017, having previously run Cartmel Racecourse, Scottish Racing Marketing Ltd, Fontwell Park Racecourse and Worcester Racecourse. His early experience within the racing industry included varied roles at Folkestone, Lingfield, Brighton and Ascot racecourses - before joining Sportsguide, a specialist PR agency in Berkshire handling promotions for major race sponsors and media companies. He has ridden one winner over point-to-point obstacles and retains an unrealistic ambition to add to his tally.

Martin Stevenson - CEO

Martin is a qualified accountant (FCCA). He was previously group financial controller of Trinity Mirror plc and before that had a number of senior roles within the group including finance director and deputy managing director of the Trinity Mirror Sports Division which included The Racing Post. He joined the Newspaper Licensing Agency, which is owned by the UK newspaper groups and responsible for licensing press cutting reproduction, in 2004 as finance director and was appointed managing director in 2005. In 2007 Martin returned to the horse racing world as the Finance Director of RMG a nd in 2020 was appointed Acting CEO.

Nevin Truesdale

Nevin is a CEO for The Jockey Club, with strong commercial, strategic planning and debt financing background, adaptable across Plc, Private Equity and currently a sports venues business. He has been at the Jockey Club since August 2013 and previously was Finance Director, British Gas Residential Energy, plus Commercial & IT at Centrica PLC having started his professional life with Ernst & Young and spent 5 years with The Automobile Association Ltd. He has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1998 and is a Full Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Nick Mills - Chief Commercial Officer

Originally from a direct marketing background, Nick joined Coral bookmakers in January 1998 and worked there as marketing director until March 2005. Nick joined Racing UK (now RMG) as Commercial Director in March 2005 and was appointed to the new role of RMG Chief Commercial Officer in 2020. Nick is responsible for all the commercial functions within the business, including streaming, international, sales and marketing.

Roger Lewis - Chairman

Roger Lewis joined the Board of RMG in 2012 and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman on January 1, 2019. Over a 40 year career in sport, media and business he has held senior positions at the BBC, ITV, Classic FM, EMI and Decca. He was GCEO of the Welsh Rugby Union for nine years (2006-15), and was a Council Member of the Six Nations, a Director of the British and Irish Lions, European Rugby Cup and Celtic League. Roger is also President of National Museum Wales, Chairman of the Churchill Lines Foundation, a military charity, and a Board Member of Festival UK 2022.

Seb Vance

Seb has worked in the racing world all his career. He started at the Racing Post in 2001 and fulfilled dual roles as reporter and assistant news editor for the next four years, before moving to Dubai in 2005, where he worked as PR Manager for the Dubai Racing Club. He moved back to the UK at the end of 2008 and joined RMG in June 2009.
