Ben has over 9 years' experience in property fund management, residential construction and refurbishment. Prior to co-founding Seed Property, Ben worked in property fund management and was responsible for the strategic management of over $650 million worth of commercial property throughout the North Island, including the development of industrial and retail property on behalf of investors.
Mitchell has over 10 years of development management experience. Prior to co-founding Seed Property, Mitchell was a part-owner of a reputable, forward-thinking development company involved in investment property, social housing, affordable housing and high-end apartments. Recent affordable housing and apartment developments have included a large proportion of Kiwibuild homes that have helped first home buyers into the property market.
