Sharvari is a counselling psychologist who has completed her Masters in Clinical Health Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health and its Psychological Processes. Sharvari's approach towards problems involves a root cause oriented approach which aligns simultaneously with physical health. The methods she uses involve cognitive- behavioural approaches, health psychological approaches and aims towards a better mental and physical lifestyle. Her work nature has involved adolescent settings, wellness and child settings and she believes tremendously in a combined approach involving both the psychologist and the person. She is a good listener and inculcates empathy in her sessions to a great extent.

She also has experience working in suicide prevention. Her approach is a blend of Humanistic-Existential and Cognitive perspectives that focus on concepts like an individual's inherent worth, meaning in life, and thought-belief-action connections. She has worked with clients navigating relationships, identity, self-esteem, work, grief, anxiety, and stress. Tanmayee believes in using eclectic techniques, continuous self-work, multidisciplinary thinking, and a truly non-judgmental spirit to help clients achieve their potential.
