Adrian joined TES in 2015, he trained as a carpenter in 2007 and progressed into management in 2014.
Andy has been with TES since 2015 as our Electrical manager over seeing various aspects of design, installation, and commissioning. He has been in the electrical industry for 17 years.

Arunas joined TES in 2015 as a site supervisor, he has 16 years of experience in the construction sector where he trained as a carpenter and has been working as a supervisor for 13 years.
Chris has been with TES since 2011. He has been in the construction industry since 2000 where he trained as a carpenter. Chris moved into his management role in 2013 and oversees critical works to high-end clients where attention to detail is vital.
Janar joined TES in 2011 as an operative and over the years has perfected his skills and moved into management.
John has been with TES Group since 2011. He has been in the construction industry since 1996 where he trained as a Carpenter and then went into construction management and Surveying in 2008. His Roles within TES include all commercial elements along with overseeing all large projects and managing Health & Safety.
Peter joined TES in 2020, with over 20 years' experience in construction, Peter trained as a dry liner and moved into management in 2014.

Radek joined TES in 2014 as a Multi skilled and has perfected his skills and is one of our most reliable senior technicians.
Vlad has 20 years' experience in the construction sector in supervising &management, he joined TES in 2014 as a project manager.

Zavier is the Managing Director and owner of TES Group which he established 2009. He has a successful background in property development. Zavier has many of years' experience buying, refurbishing, selling properties as well as working closely with clients which has contributed to the success of the company. Zavier and all the TES team are excited at the opportunities presented to us as the company continues to further progress year on year. 2021 proved to be a difficult year for everyone due to outside influences. However, we adapted to the challenges, and we continued to grow the business and maintained to work with our clients in terms of achieving programme deadlines and commercially. We take pride in all aspects of our working practices and believe this is the core to our continued success which we will continue throughout 2022.
