The Harvest Fund is dedicated to alleviating extreme poverty in Zambia by bettering the lives of marginalized female farmers throughout the country. By helping them acquire equipment, technology, and financial resources today, we put them on the path for a more prosperous tomorrow... Looking for a social enterprise that focuses on climate justice, women empowerment, poverty alleviation, and making a difference in Zambia, Africa? The Harvest Fund is a business that creates sustainable solutions that benefit both the environment and the local community... Studies have shown that women are not only more likely to reinvest their income back into their families and community, but they do so on a much greater scale than their male counterparts. Given that women produce roughly 60% of the food in Africa, the Harvest Fund realized, early on, that when we assist in the efforts of Zambia's women farmers, not only do we support gender parity, but we help entire communities thrive.
