WYBORN CAPITAL - Key Persons
Andrew is responsible for building a portfolio of direct real estate investments, joint venture partnerships and equity underwrites.
After completing a double degree in law and commerce at the University of Canterbury, Andrew has worked in the property industry for over 15 years. His previous roles have been fund manager for GPT Group in London and as international director of capital markets for Colliers International in both Sydney and Auckland where he was involved in over $2 billion of transactions.
Callum studied business and design at AUT and subsequently spent many years as a Project Manager at a leading New Zealand construction company, tasked with the delivery of the companies most technical developments across the country. Callum will lead the delivery and planning of all Wyborn Capital refurbishment and development projects.
David is responsible for the governance of the group's financial reporting framework, processes and controls. David brings broad financial and commercial accounting experience gained from various managerial roles in property, finance, telecommunications, dairy, retail and FMCG industries in Auckland and London. David holds a double degree in Business Studies and Science and is also a Certified Internal Auditor.
Jane is responsible for the day to day running of the office as well as providing in-house support to the to the team.
Starting her career in the property industry, Jane was previously in the communications industry, supporting a former statesman. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specialising in marketing.
Jessie is responsible for property management where her main focus is on the day-to-day running of all the properties and working with tenants and contractors across the portfolio.
Jessie studied a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland. Prior to joining at Wyborn Capital, Jessie was a member of the Robt. Jones Holdings team, acting as a Facilities Manager where she as responsible for the running of some of their key properties such as the SAP Tower, 151 Queen Street.
With over 20 years' experience in the property industry, Justin has a passion for the dynamic nature of the market. Managing Director of Vantage Group since in the mid 1990s, Justin has built an impressive investment portfolio. With responsibility for identifying the strategic asset purchases within the company, he has invaluable knowledge of the ever-changing property market. Justin has a particular skill in being to able to find and evaluate unique investment opportunities quickly, then apply exceptional creativity to add value.
His broader experience on a number of high calibre property boards has ensured he is well versed in setting strategic investment objectives and providing investment advice over a wide variety of investment classes.
