Andrew Wakeman (Managing Director) of Wakes Ltd decided to start the company with his father after leaving his Building Surveying position at E.C Harris Head quarters with the vision of delivering a construction management and contracting company with a vast experience of building pathology.
of Wakes Ltd has over 40 years experience within the construction industry. Graham originally joined the NHBC in 1974 to complete his first own self -build home. Since this period Graham has personally completed in excess of 100 New Build properties within Kent.
Peter Cheesman is a very qualified site manager with long standing experience of the construction industry. Peter started life in the construction industry as a trained Carpenter who has progressed to his current role. Peter also understands the importannce of Health and Safety when working with our compnay. He is IOSH & SMSTS accredited.
