Receptionist listened intently to my problem and asked if could be there within the hour. Upon my arrival found plenty of car parking space. I was greeted by name and requested to fill in form with my personal details. Then at the appointed time I was seen by the dentist. He gave a thorough examination and X-rays. He was very cooperative and professional. He outlined a course of treatment required which I found most informative as my old dentist had not identified any of my problems.

Karan obtained his medical degree from the University of Birmingham in 2011 and from very early on has always been fascinated with the detailed anatomy of the head and neck. He has pursued this passion by embarking on a career in surgery and is currently an ENT/head and neck specialist registrar working in the West Midlands.
During his surgical training, he has channelled his passion in furthering his knowledge and skill base by learning complex procedures and gone on to develop a deeper understanding of this field of work. Hand in hand with this Karan began to recognise the role of facial aesthetics in the wellbeing of many and is now a certified clinician in delivering botulinum toxin used for facial wrinkles as well as dermal fillers. He shows great enthusiasm and aptitude for this developing field of medicine, helping his patients achieve the desired and realistic results.
Karan is also an examiner for and works very closely with London based company Harley Academy, who are UKs largest training provider in aesthetic medicine. He shows great interest in training future aesthetic practitioners.
Karan continues to show active involvement in research and has successfully published numerous articles in prestigious journals and presented both nationally and internationally. He has also been awarded a national medal by the Royal College of Surgeons for ongoing commitment and interest in research. Steve has been a prosthetic dental technician for 18 years. He achieved my foundation degree at Matthew Boulton College through De Montfort University, and is currently studying towards a degree to become a Clinical Dental Technician at the University of Central Lancashire with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
His vast experience in all areas of prosthetics enables me to fabricate everything from traditional dentures, through too complex fixed and removable implant cases. Steve is extremely proud of what he does, and the role he plays within the dental team, as we have the ability to change people's lives. This motivates him to produce the very best prosthesis for the patient.

Natalie has been in dentistry for 15 years, working with different dentists and in different fields of dentistry. She has provided nursing, radiography, treatment coordinating, promotional roles and is now managing the practice.
Natalie holds a national certificate for dental nursing and is a qualified radiographer. To keep her professional development up to date she regularly attends courses including CPR, first aid and fire training.
Natalie started working with Dr Nandra in Birmingham in 2006, where she developed her skills for implant nursing and her role as treatment coordinator.

Above me were three white bright lights. The surgeon set to work with her high speed drill. My mouth filled with water and I gasped to get my breath...Then.....Then I saw the WASP.
