Having previously worked as the Clinical Lead in a large care home where she was responsible for all things clinical, Adeshola started her time with Kingsley in October at Buckingham Lodge where she was Deputy Manager, but with her skills and aptitude it was soon evident that she would make an excellent Home Manager.
The cheery face on our reception belongs to Adrian Maudling who is, for many, their first point of contact with Buckingham House.
Alex Cox looks after our admin and loves working for the Kingsley family. Serving the community is something of a passion for Alex, and she enjoys the fact that no two days are the same.
Alina is regarded as an invaluable member of the team, popular with both residents and colleagues. She is passionate about ensuring the home is always clean, neat and tidy.
"I found the staff very friendly and very caring at looking after my mother nothing was too much trouble. The home is a bright and very clean place, it struck me how it didn't smell of urine. The food looks lovely, I liked how meat was pureed to make it .."
Alison first worked with Kingsley as Home Manager at The Depperhaugh in 2014. She then moved to both Queen Charlotte in Weymouth and Heron Lodge in Wroxham, before becoming registered Manager at Allonsfield. Alison rejoins us having worked as home manager for Caring Homes.
Alison has started off working for Kingsley in 2013 as a domestic then worked up to head house keeper. She then became more involved with the residents and was asked if she would consider being a support worker. Alison quickly progressed to a senior and recently was promoted to Deputy Manager role where she continues to have a positive impact within the home.

Having begun her career as a care assistant and housewife, she transitioned to Downham Grange in 2014 as a carer before advancing to Head Chef. After a stint setting up her own business in Norway, she returned to the UK, rejoining Kingsley in December 2023 as a Hospitality Host. Finding a familial atmosphere in her workplace, she holds a deep affection for the residents, treating them like her own grandparents.
Our activities are coordinated by Angela Caldwell, who has worked at Colne House for eight years. You can always find Angela chatting with the residents and planning their next exciting activities.
We are very excited to have Angela join us as our Home Administrator fairly recently. She has a wealth of experience in the care industry and brings top-class administrative skills to her role. Angela is very hard working and is a strong support to our Management team for which we are very grateful to her.
Our clinical manager is Angela Martin, and she looks after all of our residents' medical needs. As a qualified and registered nurse, families can rest assured that their relatives are in safe hands.

Anna, the administrator at Four Oaks Care Home, manages all aspects of administration, including ordering, invoicing and payroll. With 14 years of experience as a deputy manager and carer, Anna has learned the importance of compassion in the workplace.
Annette is in charge of the night team, ensuring residents are relaxed and calm during the dark hours.
Aruna moved to the UK four years ago and started working as a kitchen assistant and housekeeper before joining the domestic team at Sharston House Nursing Home. She finds the job satisfying, enjoys the friendly staff, and loves working with the appreciative residents.

Barbara Foley is in charge of activities and wellbeing and loves developing entertainment for the residents.
Becky worked in other care homes for five years before arriving at Lilac Lodge and brings with her the knowledge and passion to provide nutritious and tempting food that meets the dietary requirements of older people. She says she has settled in well to life at Lila Lodge and really enjoys her job.
Beverley Davies, with over 30 years of care industry experience, is the new home manager at Four Oaks. Previously a regional director for a national care company, she is dedicated to providing high-quality care and eager to make a difference at the home level.
Bindhu brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Sharston House from her time as Deputy Manager.

Manager, Binu Augustine, is qualified as a staff nurse and has worked in community nursing, joining Thorp House as deputy manager in 2017.
When Bishnu started her career in the care industry she soon realised her passion was nursing. She says she has been fortunate to acquire a vast amount of varied experience spanning from working for the NHS as an ICU, A&E Nurse to roles in private care homes. She has loved her time at Allonsfield and her passion and commitment to the team quickly led to her promotion from clinical lead to deputy manager.
Close to the town of Watton and within easy reach of Thetford, Buckingham Lodge provides a warm, caring environment for nursing, residential and dementia care. This purpose-built home has luxurious bedroom suites, elegant living areas and extensive gardens.

Carol brings more than 39 years of proven expertise and success in the health care sector, and her remarkable 20-year tenure at a senior management level in operations and business development makes her an excellent addition to our team.
Carole moved from Herefordshire to Highcliffe to be closer to her dad who had just become a resident at Highcliffe Nursing Home. She says the enjoyment she gets from her role is spending quality time with the residents and seeing them come alive. Carole loves making a real difference to people's lives on a daily basis and described this as priceless.

Activities are an important part of Lilac Lodge life and Corin, as a former entertainer, revels in his role. He goes above and beyond to ensure activities are person-centred and bring happy smiles to faces.
Dawn brings over 10 years of experience in the care industry, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to supporting others. Born and bred in Suffolk, she finds solace in assisting her horses and enjoying leisurely walks with her beloved Labrador, Maple. With extensive dementia training and a wealth of knowledge in health and social care, Dawn's commitment to providing top-quality care is evident. Her level four management qualifications and seamstress expertise further showcase her diverse skill set
Dawn has worked in health and social care for over 30 years in a variety of settings, including the NHS, social services and the voluntary sector, as well as the private sector. This has enabled her to develop her knowledge and experience across all areas to a high level. Her working ethics involve deploying a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of person-centred care, empowering residents and promoting independence to support physical and mental well-being. Outside of work, she keeps active horse riding, exercising her French bull dogs and running about for her three children. She says her door is always open to talk to colleagues, residents and their families.

Activities are coordinated by Diane Wendon. She loves spending time with the residents and bringing a smile to their faces.
Donna has been a Healthcare Assistant for nearly 21 years, 18 of which have been at Kirkley Manor. She is also a Team Leader in the residential unit. Donna was inspired to work in social care after helping to care for her nanny alongside her mother.
Douglas is a chef at Sharston House for the past four years. He completed his chef apprenticeship with the Hilton Group and worked at several of their hotels across the globe. He was also the executive chef at the Sea World resort in Australia. Douglas enjoys chatting with the residents and takes pride in providing them with five-star quality meals.

We are very fortunate to have a loyal, hard-working maintenance man in Dushan. He has worked at Branksome Heights for four years and knows the building inside and out. No job is too small, he always greets you with a big smile and can be seen around our Home making sure we are all safe, nicely decorated and that all equipment is up to the highest standard and good working order. Dushan is the new proud owner of a hot tub in his back garden! Like other couples within our staff Dushan is married to our Head of Care (Nights).
Eliza has worked for Kingsley Healthcare for 15 years, starting as a support worker and progressing to Senior Support Worker at Lilac Lodge. She enjoys the welcoming atmosphere and making a difference to residents.
Elle has rich experience in the care sector, starting at the age of 18 when she worked with deaf and blind adults with challenging behaviour. She went on to work in Christchurch as a care co-ordinator and progressed to become a registered manager at the age of 27. She then launched and built up a home care agency for four years before seeking a new challenge. That is when she became a team leader at Highcliffe and then head of care.

Emily has worked at Oaklands for three years as one of our Activities Co-ordinators. She is originally from Colchester, Essex and moved to Norfolk in 2020 for a fresh start in the countryside. Emily has a BA Hons degree in early childhood studies and used to manage a before and after school club. Emily decided to change careers when she moved to Norfolk and finds it extremely rewarding. In Emily's spare time she enjoys gardening, antique hunting, riding her horse, walking her dog and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Emma really enjoys the interaction with residents and visitors and loves the fact that every day is different in a care home. She started work at Kingsley Healthcare more than two years ago and joined the team at Lilac Lodge in October 2022. She has wide experience, having worked as an administrator for over 12 years, some of that time in care homes.
Emma and her partner moved from North Devon to Dorset in May 2022. Her background is in office administration and reception duties and she has previously worked as a medical receptionist. She has been able to bring all her experience into her role at Highcliffe. On days off, she loves going on long walks in the New Forest and along the beach.
With over three decades of experience in the care sector, her journey began at the age of 19 as a kitchen assistant in a girls' boarding school. Through years of dedication and training, she progressed to the role of sous chef and eventually attained the position of Head Chef. Her passion lies in crafting nutritious and aesthetically pleasing meals for residents, including those requiring textured modified diets as per IDDSI guidelines. Engaging with residents, listening to their life narratives, and forming meaningful connections enables her to tailor culinary experiences to their preferences with empathy and understanding.
Bringing over 10 years of hospitality experience, he transitioned from a Michelin-starred restaurant to become Hospitality Manager at Downham Grange in November 2023. He finds fulfillment in serving residents, ensuring their well-being and quality food, driven by a passion for progress. Outside of work, he enjoys family time and exploring Norfolk, especially relishing the opportunity to cook for loved ones.
Since November 2023, she's served as Unit Manager at Downham, having previously worked as a Quality & Project Manager in a care home. With a passion for dementia care, she finds fulfillment in working with the residents on Drake Unit. Outside of work, she juggles her role as a mother of two girls while preparing for her wedding in May 2024, keeping her constantly occupied.

Helen is a qualified nurse having gained her nursing qualification from her time in the Army. Helen comes to us from her position as Home Manager at Oakwood House, before which she was a Community Nurse. Helen has a vast experience in nursing and social care, and has worked with her homes to achieve a Good rating.
Helen has been working as a Deputy Manager at Branksome Heights for 5 years. She is proud to be part of the kind and caring team that combines traditional with holistic care to provide a full and enriched life for each resident.
Helena is the friendly face who welcomes new residents and their families to Redwalls. She works alongside the activities coordinators to provide support to residents on a daily basis. She takes the lead on organising and promoting events that put the home at the heart of the local community.
Henry has brought his experience of working extensively in five-star wedding venues. He has a very warm personality and is passionate about getting to know the residents and producing the food they love.

Holly's journey in the care industry began as a receptionist, where she handled various administrative tasks and ensured smooth operations at the facility. Over time, Holly's dedication and attention to detail allowed her to progress to the role of Hospitality Host. In this position, she takes charge of managing and addressing all the new inquiries received by the home.
James has worked in care homes for eight years but also has 12 years of experience in the hotels and events industry. He prides himself on high standards of cleanliness and has a passion for fresh food. He loves to bring hotel standards to the care catering sector. Food is a huge part of the day for residents and he believe that nutritious fresh food is one of the keys to a healthy lifestyle.
Jayne has more than 30 years of experience working in different areas of care. She's won awards for her work and continues to bring the same enthusiasm to her role at Park Lane.
Jayne has worked for Oaklands since October 2021 as our administrator Jayne lives locally. She is passionate about animal welfare and over the years has raised a lot of money for animal charities. In Jayne's spare time she likes to spend quality time with her grandchildren and exploring Norfolk.

Joanne is our Head of Care and has been part of the Park Lane family for nearly 20 years, starting as the Laundry Assistant and working her way up to her current role.
John, our Maintenance Manager, possesses an impressive 40 years of experience specifically in maintenance roles. Although he has been with us for just over a year, John has already proven to be a valuable asset. While his primary responsibility is ensuring the home remains compliant, he goes above and beyond by assisting residents with various tasks. Whether it's hanging pictures, assembling furniture, or even fixing glasses, John takes pleasure in helping residents with their needs, making their experience more enjoyable and comfortable.
Our head housekeeper is Julie Henry, and she works with relatives and their families to create a home-like atmosphere in their own personal space and throughout Park View.
Customer relationship manager Julie Wilson is dedicated to the needs of our residents, and she ensures that each of them is treated as an individual and made to feel special.
Karen has worked in administration for many years and in a variety of administrative and reception roles. She loves the Care Home environment and feels right at home here at Branksome Heights, helping to create a warm friendly welcome to the home. She very much enjoys meeting new people, and building relationships with residents, families and staff. Karen is also quite creative and loves designing our menus, writing our newsletters and sometimes even the occasional much enjoyed poem.
Karen Whayman is our administrator and has worked in the healthcare sector for 22 years. Daily interactions with residents and their families are very important to her.

Karolina is the administrator at Kirkley Manor, where she has been working for more than 13 years. Originally from Poland, she came to the UK in 2007 and began her career at Kirkley Manor as a Support Worker. Over time, she progressed to become a Team Leader before ultimately deciding to focus on administration.
She began her care career as a healthcare assistant in mental health services, transitioning to nursing and becoming an RGN in 2015. With seven years in the NHS, specializing in gastroenterology and a brief ITU stint, she climbed from Staff Nurse to Ward Manager. Seeking new challenges, she moved to a Nursing Home setting. Now a Deputy Manager at Kingsley, she prioritizes continuous improvement with a resident-centric approach.
Kay joins us as the Wavertree Suite as unit manager bringing with her a wealth of Dementia knowledge and management experience having recently graduated with a Masters degree in Mental Health Nursing. Kay is keen to share her passion of person centred care with her team and enrich the lives of those living here at Parkview. During Kay's nursing career spanning over 25 years, she has worked in the NHS and social care sector, taught on degree health related courses and trained care staff. Kay recognises the importance of supporting family and friends and is keen to start a family and friends dementia support group here at Parkview.
Keith started is career at Park Lane in a care role and has since turned his hand to maintenance - giving the home a facelift and tending to the garden.
Kimberley Shaw is our deputy manager, and she started her career in teaching, switching to the care sector in 2015. She relishes her role working with both residents and staff.

Lisa is a highly experienced registered nurse with extensive experience in commissioning new build homes. She joins Kingsley Healthcare from Healthcare Homes where she was Regional Operations Manager. Previous to this role, Lisa was Commissioning and Projects Manager for Hamberley Care Homes, where she was responsible for the commissioning of 6 new build homes. Lisa's experience will be invaluable at Kingsley's newest home, Kings Court luxury care home.
With experience in learning disability and mental health services, she transitioned to working with the elderly at Downham Grange in March 2023. Enjoying the camaraderie of the team and the sense of progress for the residents, she finds fulfillment in her work. Outside of work, she indulges in morning swims, walks with her dogs, and the pleasure of a good book.
She worked as an actress in London for a decade appearing in many shows, TV dramas and commercials., then became a Musical Director and teacher at Centre Stage Youth Theatre in the North West. Joined Kingsley Healthcare as a Lifestyle Coordinator in September 2023.
Lucy has recently joined Allonsfield House as Hospitality Manager, having gained several years experience managing hotels throughout East Anglia. Lucy is a qualified Holistic Therapist, Sound Therapist and Reiki Master who in her spare time also enjoys gardening, road cycling and walking her rescue dog Denzil.
With over four years of experience as the Chef at Downham Grange, she brings expertise from various care homes and catering establishments. Driven by a passion for providing residents with wholesome food, she thrives in the supportive atmosphere and teamwork of the facility.
Lyn has been a Professional housekeeper for 24 years. She heads a Domestic team of 7 and has been at Oaklands, since October 2019. Lyn is married with two children 1 Granddaughter. In her spare time Lyn reads, watches films and loves all Motorsports.
Mandy has brought a wealth of experience in the catering/hospitality industry into her role at Colne House. She said she was made to feel welcome straightaway and has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the residents. She loves being a team player and helping out anyway she can.
Mark prides himself on being a consummate professional who is honest, reliable and hard-working. Over more than two decades he has acquired a broad range of skills and experiences in healthcare management, primary care and mental health. He is passionate about bringing the highest level of care and service to residents.
Megan has a rich background in the care industry, with over a decade of experience. Megan's passion and commitment to providing person-centered care is truly admirable. Creating a sense of "one big family" within Gower Gardens as this significantly enhance the well-being and comfort of residents. Megan's three-year tenure at Gower Gardens, along with her positive rapport with residents and their families, underscores her dedication to fostering a supportive and welcoming environment. Promoting residents to live life according to their own wishes and choices which is a crucial aspect of delivering high-quality care, as this empowers individuals and respects their autonomy.
With 2.5 years under her belt as a Support Worker at Downham Grange, she cherishes the opportunity, as it's been her first job. Developing close relationships with the residents, she appreciates the collaborative effort within the team to enhance their lives. Additionally, she fulfills the role of a carer for her grandmother, who resides at home. In her leisure time, she indulges in watching films, particularly favoring horror movies.
Michelle joined Gower Gardens in August 2023. With her diverse experience in mental health and working with the elderly, she brings a unique skill set to the role of Activity Coordinator. It's impressive that she has managed to establish positive relationships with residents, their families, and the staff in such a short period of time.
Moira has worked at Queen Charlotte in various roles and is popular with residents and their families as well as colleagues. Having worked in social care since 2002, she has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge. She is motivated to help residents live fulfilled and happy lives within the family setting of the home.
Neale, our Head Chef, has an impressive 25 years of experience in the culinary field. Alongside his dedicated team, he is determined to provide an exceptional dining experience in our establishment. Recognising the importance of this experience, Neale and his team prioritise the well-being of our residents through their exceptional culinary skills.
Attention to detail is at the top of head housekeeper, Nicola Wagster's list. She'll ensure that your relative's rooms are immaculate and she has ten years' experience working in the industry.
With over 42 years of experience as an RGN nurse, Norma Whibley has been here at Heron Lodge for just under a year.

Having started as a Support Worker at Downham Grange a decade ago, he has dedicated his career to the care industry. Finding fulfillment in his role, he appreciates the remarkable residents and the strong teamwork among staff members. During his downtime, he immerses himself in DJing, socializing with loved ones, and indulging in a bit of fishing to unwind.
Rebecca has over 16 years of experience working as a Registered Manager in the Adult Social Care sector and NHS. She is passionate about delivering excellent quality care with kindness and compassion. At Branksome Heights, Rebecca is proud to lead a team who share the same ethos as herself.
Ruth has been Home Manager at Park View since August 2023. Ruth has 30 years' experience in Health and Social care, having worked in the NHS, in care homes and for a local authority. Ruth has had varied roles from carer, therapy assistant, quality monitoring, regional support and home manager. Ruth has spent the majority of her career in older people's care services, but has also worked with adults with learning disabilities. Ruth is committed to making sure that a high standard of care and wellbeing is provided at Park View nursing home and was excited to join the Kingsley family and share in our company vision. In her spare time Ruth enjoys reading, watching sports and exploring the Welsh countryside with her family and 2 dogs.
Sally has been head housekeeper at Allonsfield House for 11 years. She is well organised and efficient and particularly enjoys interacting with the residents and making them smile.
Sarah Griffiths is a 39-year-old catering professional with 23 years of experience, including 4 years in the care sector. She has worked as a Head Chef at Hadleigh and later became the Head of Housekeeping at Hadleigh Nursing Home. Outside of work, she enjoys walks, reading, socializing, and gardening with her two cats.
Sharon Johnson is our Head Chef, providing nutritious (and tasty) meals. Before Redwalls, Sharon had the honour of cooking for President Obama and President Biden, so it's safe to say dinner is in good hands.
With 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Simon started as a chef in Weymouth and Portland hotels before progressing to London where he had the honour of cooking for the Royal family. In 2013, he transitioned to the care sector, achieving accolades such as South West Care Chef of the Year and Most Nutritional Menu. He says his goal is to always provide a great plate of food for every individual, regardless of dietary needs, with resident-led menus.
Siri has worked at Branksome Heights for five years and has recently been promoted to Head Housekeeper. She has a lovely sunny disposition, is always smiling, and always energetically cleaning our home. As a wife of a serving soldier of 24 years, now a veteran, we moved into Hadleigh in 2002. My first job in Hadleigh was as an activity coordinator in a care home in 2003. After a year, I changed my job role to that of a teaching assistant/pastoral care in a local school, supporting charity work within the community and welfare within the Army community for 10 years. I spent one year as a member of the Town Council. In 2014, I joined the Hadleigh Dementia Action Alliance for 6 years and worked at a local residential care home for 5 years as a carer and the activity coordinator, before moving to Hadleigh Nursing Home in 2019 as the Lifestyle Coordinator and a Senior Carer role.
Trev has come to Hadleigh nursing home as care coordinator. With his background of entertainment including putting on events and being involved in Hadleigh Amateur Dramatics (normally the dame) Trev also is a mobile DJ who loves to get the party started for the young and older generations. In his spare time Trev enjoys time with his wife and daughter or you will find him at a theme park on the big rides.
I enjoy bringing laughter, compassion and creativity to the lives of the residents, coming up with innovative person centred ideas to provide an enriching experience. Everyone's beautiful smiles keep me motivated.
Vicky joined the Park Lane family in November 2021. Vicky has spent most of her working life in the field of business administration, but also spent 5 years away from it working in the Childcare sector, before returning to administration when joining Kingsley Healthcare at Park Lane. She enjoys her challenging role, where she gets to meet a variety of people from a multitude of different backgrounds, and finds that no two days are the same.
Heading up the team is our manager, Victoria Franklin. Promoting our family ethos and engaging with all residents is vital for Victoria.
Since 2019, she's been part of Downham Grange, starting as a support worker before transitioning to the activities team. She values understanding residents' needs and tailoring activities accordingly. Enjoying interactions with residents and hearing their stories, she finds fulfillment in her role.
Wendy completed her Nurse training after a brief career in the British Army and earning a Business Management Degree. She has over 10 years of nursing experience in various fields and is passionate about wound care and palliative care. Wendy chose to work as the Deputy Manager at Hadleigh Nursing Home to utilize her nursing and business skills.
