Prior to joining Asertis, he led the EMEA & North America finance function at Total Marketing Support Ltd.
Philip takes responsibility for all legal due diligence and underwriting all claims funded by Asertis.
As chief investment officer, Harshiv is responsible for claim origination, completion and portfolio management.
