Avril first set up her own financial services business in 2000 and has experience in a variety of areas. She has extensive Mortgage experience, having even spent time assisting other advisers, to place more complex mortgage cases. She is also a protection specialist and is heavily involved in Trust work.
Avril runs the business on the basis that the client's interest always comes first and that the experience is relaxed and informed. Nothing is too much trouble, and her ethos is to always go that extra mile! She does not accept defeat easily!
For Avril, the best part of her job is getting to know clients, and achieving an outcome that has a positive impact on their life.
Kirstine is responsible for ensuring your Mortgage, Insurance or Trust is processed efficiently. Her role is to liaise with the lenders, insurance companies, doctors and solicitors and she looks after you from application through to completion.
Kirstine has been in her current role for almost10 years.
