He holds a master's degree in business administration and management from the University of Innsbruck and is a regular guest lecturer for B2B marketing and marketing automation at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences.
Andreas Punter has more than 15 years of marketing and leadership experience in tech companies and agencies. Until 2021 he was Global Head of Marketing & Partner Management with Appway, working in the global financial services industry. Before 2016 he was a Business Director with the agency Wunderman for Microsoft Western Europe.

Taking part in the inception of the first engineering team in Portugal, Arménio Antunes joined Adnovum in 2017 as a Software Engineer. Previously supporting management activities and projects, he took on the Country Manager role in 2022, focusing on enabling the location to increasingly support global business objectives.
Arménio holds an MSc in information systems engineering and management, and a postgraduate degree in business management. He leverages a diverse set of experiences gained over his career, from R&D to engineering and leadership, at both software services and product companies, while touching a wide variety of industries, ranging from telco to banking as well as e-commerce and insurance.

Karin Bühler joined Adnovum in 2021 as CPO to strengthen the strategic HR leadership across the company's international locations. She has extensive management experience and an impressive track record in HR management and recruiting.
Karin Bühler holds a degree in business administration and has further certificates in coaching and conflict management.
She has more than 20 years of strategic and business experience in HR management. As Head of Human Resources and member of the executive board with LEONI AG Switzerland and Specialist HR Manager at a business group, she was responsible for 4500 employees in 30 countries. Prior to that, she held different HR functions with Swisscom for more than 17 years, establishing Swisscom's Recruiting Center with over 30 recruiters as Head of Recruitment & Placement, among other activities such as HR marketing.

As Managing Director Security Solutions, Leo Huber is responsible for the field of Security Solutions with a focus on digital identities and security consulting.
After his master's degree in computer science at ETH Zurich with an emphasis on scientific computing, he devoted his attention to software development and software architecture, and later to project management. In 2021 he completed his Master of Advanced Studies in management, technology, and economics at ETH Zurich. Since 2014 he has been working at Adnovum in the field of cybersecurity and first expanded and built up the department IAM Consulting and then the department Security Solutions.
He has tremendous experience in a broad range of IT topics, but in recent years has been specializing in innovative solutions in cybersecurity. Of great interest to him are the interface between Humans and technology in the context of cybersecurity and the question: «How can technology give people optimal support?»

Nhat Nguyen joined Adnovum in 2021 and focuses on Business Operations in the Vietnam office to ensure the excellent delivery of services.
With over 20 years of experience in international service delivery, Nhat Nguyen manages the operations of the delivery team to support the growth of the global business, bringing outstanding results to clients around the world. He also empowers talents to develop their skills and cultivate an open-minded work approach that satisfies all clients that we deliver to.
Nhat Nguyen focuses on building the Vietnam location to provide global clients with better services to their highest satisfaction.
Péter Boon has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry in various technical and management roles. He obtained an MSc in computer science in Amsterdam and an Executive MBA in Budapest.
Péter joined Adnovum in 2009 and gained extensive experience in the company by participating in numerous project teams as a software engineer, software architect, and team lead. In his previous role as Regional CTO, he was in charge of technology management and software development processes.
Currently he is responsible for the development and operations of the Hungarian location. This includes company strategy, sustainable growth, capacity management, employee care, and finance.
