As a veteran in project management, Angelia has served the industry for more than 15 years. Her expertise in implementing Enterprise Development Projects, Digital Business Solutions and Digital Transformation projects has brought success to businesses. Her work included the analysis and interpretation of data to unearth potential weaknesses for the organisation's action plan, formulation of recommendations and reports that conform to the organisation's capabilities and weaknesses, as well as the construction of detailed business strategies to drive change. Over the years, she has worked with companies in the education, transportation, financial and retail sectors as well as statutory boards. These clients include Monetary Authority of Singapore, Home Team, Singapore Sports Council, Singapore Tourism Board, Supreme Court of Singapore, Singapore Science Center, DBS Bank, Allibey Sevices and Tech Guan Interior Design. While she was in a managerial role previously, she assisted to reduce up to 50% expenditure and performed talent acquisition to build up the relevant resources for large scale projects. On a recent digital transformation project, she leveraged the latest technology to boost operational efficiency up to 80% for the client.

Candice Lim

Candice's broad experience in both the public and private sectors spans across industry and business capabilities development, workforce and HR strategies formulation, organisation development (OD), process management, project management as well as ISO9000 audits and consultancy for businesses in the manufacturing and service sectors. She was a key member of the pre-opening teams of three organisations which include a pioneering consulting firm in Malaysia, and two hotel brands of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Singapore. In the years she worked at the Singapore Tourism Board, Infocomm Media Development Authority and DesignSingapore Council, she was instrumental to the formulation of strategies for multiple sectors such as Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Advertising, Media, Infocomm and Design (place-making and object-making), assisting businesses to transform and transcend global competition.

Chong Hwa King - COO

On top of training hundreds of auditors previously, he also lent his expertise in management systems to various manufacturing companies, where he became their Head of Quality Assurance and Head of Production. Darshan Singh

Darshan first joined the National Productivity Board, a predecessor organisation of SPRING Singapore and Enterprise Singapore as a Senior Officer. He rose from the ranks, and served as Director, Business & Service Excellence Division (2008-2012), and Director, Human Capital Division (2012-2016) in SPRING Singapore - now known as Enterprise Singapore. In 2009, Darshan played a key role to set up in Singapore the Asian Productivity Organisation (APO)'s Centre of Excellence (COE) in Business Excellence. This was the first time that the APO, an inter-governmental body, had designated a COE in a member country for capability upgrading of member countries in a specific area. Darshan and his team promoted the business excellence initiative in Singapore, and built up a pool of private and public sector organisations that were certified to the business excellence standards and won the business excellence awards. The team developed self-assessment tools for organisations, conducted benchmarking workshops, facilitated sharing of best practices, and implemented a programme to help SMEs embark on the business excellence journey. It also worked with partner organisations such as MINDEF and the Ministry of Education on their excellence programmes. During the 2018-2020 period, Darshan served as Principal Assessor in the Business & Service Excellence Division of Enterprise Singapore. He has assessed more than 100 public and private sector organisations and trained consultants to assist SMEs on their business excellence journey. With his vast knowledge and experience, he provides valuable insights and increases the core competency of our consulting team.

Denise Pong

Denise brings with her more than 25 years of professional experience in Customer Service, Marketing and Human Capital Development gained from various industries such as Publishing, Healthcare Manufacturing, Retail, Security and Education. She is currently an Associate Adult Educator at Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) facilitating WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) for public cohorts as well as corporate clients such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA), KLC International Institute, NTUC Learning Hub, Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), Singapore Police Force (SPF), Traffic Bees and XpRienz Pte Ltd. In between her engagements with IAL, she had the opportunity to work with Auston Institute of Management to facilitate WSQ programmes for Display Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills as well as Manage International Marketing. During her stint with Becton Dickinson, a US healthcare manufacturing MNC, she piloted the curriculum design and development of medical devices application program for the International Marketing and Sales team. She has also facilitated core value alignment workshops, teamwork and high-performance leadership workshops for the Asia Pacific leadership team. In her previous role as Head of Human Capital Development with Certis CISCO, she fronted HR initiatives such as succession management, talent assessment with pipelines and developmental plans which included a high-impact Mentoring program for new leaders. She has facilitated MBTI workshops for all levels of staff ranging from Operational team and Senior Officers to Business Unit Heads and C-level Executives. Denise has a Master in Human Capital Management on top of her Bachelor in Arts (Honours) from National University of Singapore (NUS). Dr Daniel Siew

Dr Daniel Siew is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Leadership, Management & Organisation Division of Nanyang Business School, NTU. He teaches Organisational Behaviour and Leadership at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is an IAL Specialist Adult Educator (SAE) and a Certified Return on Investment Professional (CRP). He has also completed the Specialist Diploma in Advanced Facilitation (SDAF) and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). He was a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) and an Associate Practising Management Consultant (APMC). Prior to joining NBS, Daniel served the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) in various command, staff and instructional appointments. These included the Deputy Head of SAF Centre for Leadership Development, the Commander of Air Force Officers' Advanced School and the Commanding Officer of 165 Squadron. He was a distinguished graduate of the Singapore Command and Staff Course and a participant in the Asia Pacific Programme for Senior Military Officers, the Japan Air Self Defence Force International Seminar and the India Army War College Higher Defence Orientation Course. For his outstanding service, he was awarded the Long Service Medal (Military) and the Commendation Medal (Military) by the President of the Republic of Singapore. He remains as an executive coach for coaching senior SAF officers and facilitating their units' team building and development. Daniel is passionate about helping students and leaders learn to become better at leading themselves, their teams and organisation. He specialises in designing lessons, systems, programmes and interventions unique to the learners' context and business. Henry Tan

He also has several years of experience managing SMEs and family-owned businesses. He has helped numerous companies with regional business & agency development, as well as the conceptualisation and implementation of business strategies, business modelling, pricing strategies and go-to-market strategies. Henry is a trained accountant with experience in the role of a Chief Financial Officer. He has overseen many financial restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business tax planning projects, private equity (PE) fundraising and short-term/long-term budgeting projects in the region.

John Koh
