Alma is an Executive Coach and an independent HR Consultant with focus on Talent and Leadership Development and Succession Planning. She coaches senior executives in various industries. Alma is a member of the Philippine Chapter of International Coaching Federation (ICF), the only independent, globally-recognized accrediting organization for coaches worldwide. She was a Community Relations Chairperson of ICF Philippines Chapter in the past. In this role, she tapped Gawad Kalinga (a non-profit organization whose vision is not only to build housing facilities but also to build communities for families living in depressed areas) to be the beneficiary of pro bono coaching services from ICF Philippine Chapter Volunteer Coaches, where young leaders were coached by the ICF Philippine Team.
She continues to hone her executive coaching skills through further formal education through Benchmark Consulting Philippines and Coach U Singapore, both accredited training institutions of ICF Global. She also attends ICF Global conferences that allows her to learn Coaching Trends and to expand her coaching network with fellow coaches from different parts of the world. The last Global Coaching Conference she attended was in London. She also participated in the first ICF Philippines Coaching Summit. She was recently appointed as one of the Country Ambassadors of ICF Philippines Chapter to the Coaching Event of Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches in Bangkok, Thailand in May, 2017.
Her most recent assignment was as the Training Academy Head for Security Bank Corporation (SBC), a local universal bank. She simultaneously serves as an Internal Coach to selected senior officers in the SBC organization. She was formerly the Country Human Resources Director for Citibank with HR oversight also on Citibank's other legal vehicles namely a Savings Bank, a Business Process Outsourcing outfit and a Brokerage firm. Alma has a solid HR experience across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent and Performance Management, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Compensation/Benefits and Labor Relations.
Alma comes not only with a strong track record in Human Resources Management but also with a well-rounded senior line management experience across the corporate and the wealth management businesses. Alma has had senior line management roles in Private Bank (Wealth Management), Treasury Marketing, Capital Markets, Merchant/Investment Bank and the Corporate Bank.
Her business and HR background coupled with her strong leadership and interpersonal skills make her a more strategic and an effective Executive Coach. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting Major from the University of the Philippines.
Although she may be considered new to professional coaching, Anjie has always been a natural healer and a keen observer of the human condition. After a long and prolific career in media working as a producer, journalist, and consultant, it's safe to say that she has seen the world from many different lenses. Belinda Merry coaches leaders and emerging leaders to have increased sustainable energy. Car was a former Associate Partner in Accenture Philippines where she led consulting groups, namely, the Change Management Competency Group and the Government Market Unit, at different points in her career. Emese Dobos has 10 years solid experience in Human Resources on both corporate and agency side. Her main forte lies in talent management, recruitment and workforce selection with special expertise in conducting Assessment and Development Centers; succession planning as well as employee well-being. She was permanent participant of talent committee meetings and successfully supported talent development plans as well as multiyear talent movement planning. Francis del Val has over 3 decades' experience as a general manager, marketer and strategist in FMCG, pharmaceuticals and banking. The past twelve years was spent living in London, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and in between, running businesses in Asia, Brazil, Russia, Mexico, the Middle East, China and Asia Pacific. Francis is a highly energetic, passionate business and marketing strategist. He has a track record of turning around organizations and creating strategies that result in distinctive, sustainable, scalable businesses.
Francis is passionate about developing talent. Throughout his career, he has cultivated young leaders and developed them through stretch assignments in multiple roles and geographies, mentoring and coaching them throughout their journey. Josef "Popo" Soller, MD-MBA, ACC is one of the active drivers of putting more emphasis on the preventive aspect of overall health in the healthcare system of the Philippines. Lillian Yambao Reyes has extensive experience in Human Resource Development and Corporate Planning, having occupied senior positions in large companies, mostly in the Housing & Finance Industries.

In her stint as Head of the Human Resources Group, she institutionalized a Leadership and Management Development Program for high performing personnel and championed the development of a coaching culture in the organization.

Serge de la Fuente spent more than 40 years in various management and executive positions in the IT Industry, and is one of the pioneers in the BPO Services Industry. His career began with managing Systems Development projects and Data Processing at Procter and Gamble, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company, and the Herdis Group. In 1981, his experience widened as he became the President of Uniphil Computer Corporation, a Hardware/Software distributor of large computer companies. In 1986, he set up an affiliate company, Unidata Corporation, one of the first BPO Services companies in the Philippines. This eventually led to a partnership in 1995 with a colleague in establishing and managing a group of companies under the corporate umbrella of Globalink Holdings which became one of the largest non-voice BPO Services companies in the Philippines.
As an executive, the focus of Serge has been in developing people to assume higher responsibilities. In fact, many of the managers who have worked with him have progressed to assume executive positions themselves. Thus, it was logical for Serge to pursue a second career in Executive Coaching, for his management qualities and experience have enabled him to draw out the best in people.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce, Major in Business Management from De La Salle University and has earned his Master of Management, Major in Business Management Diploma from the University of the Philippines. He has recently obtained an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-Associate Certified Coach credential which very few coaches in the country have.
Vince is in his best element while conducting one on one coaching sessions wherein he feels natural flow and motivation to help people, who have shared afterwards that his coaching was strong enough to be one of the highlights of their life. His coachees have transformed into better versions of themselves with boosted self-awareness, self-worth, confidence, clarity, motivation, balance, and drive. Unique about him is that the strong passion in his heart to create positive change in the country, one individual at a time through coaching, is carried out with such a peaceful and calming presence.
Zach Prosser, MCC is a global award-winning coach with experience of over 16 years in executive leadership. Prosser has received the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Young Leader Award and Chapter Recognition Award for his leadership in coaching. Prosser is a Leadership Coach, Master Facilitator and Coach Trainer. As a trainer, Prosser provides ICF approved coach training to those desiring to use coaching skills professionally or to advance their leadership skills. As a coach, Prosser provides a creative space for leaders to make bold change and accelerate their results. Prosser has worked with leaders from Goodyear, Comerica, Groupon, Cuyahoga Community College, University of North Carolina, Spectrum, Auto Zone, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Tennessee Valley Authority, and many other organizations in business, finance, banking, academic, and nonprofit sectors.
In addition to his work as a coach and coach trainer, Prosser serves his community through the Rotary Foundation, on the Global Board for the Association of Coach Training Organizations, and as an Ambassador for the ICF Foundation. His desire to make an impact globally is demonstrated by the work he carries out in the nonprofit leadership roles he serves in. Prosser also serves as the Executive Chairperson for AG Coaching, Director for Emerge Coaching, and leads his own coaching practice Zach Prosser Coaching.
