Cha-lee has always worked in face-to-face, sales-focused positions. Her first recruitment role back in 2017 taught her a lot about the tech sector and she's energized by the connections she makes with so many inspirational people in our industry.
With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management and Human resources, Claire began her recruitment career nine years ago. Claire has also worked as a Global Recruitment Manager for a SaaS company giving her well-rounded experience.

Guy is driven by his dedication to achieving great results. With 15 years' recruitment industry experience across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, Guy believes in the importance of combining active recruitment consultancy with strong business leadership.
His impressive track record of successful placements is underpinned by his deep and strong network of contacts - both here in Aotearoa, and globally.
New to the recruitment industry, Josh brings a background in corporate merchandise, working with tech start-ups to global corporations developing digital and physical solutions for their marketing campaigns.
Originally from the UK, Josh is a keen traveler who has lived in Los Angeles for five years, and backpacked through Australia and New Zealand. Now he's decided to stay put with us here in Aotearoa where he's excited to work with our clients and candidates to make meaningful connections - committed to go the extra mile to ensure the right match is made, every time.
Lisa Cooley - Founder, Managing Director
With over 20 years' experience in the recruitment industry including 12 years recruiting for New Zealand's tech and digital sector, Lisa leads a team of exceptional recruiters who do an amazing job for the candidates and clients we partner with.
Lisa launched BrightSpark in 2020, and today she continues to connect the industry's most innovative companies, with the brightest talent in the market.

Louise has lived in Wellington, Christchurch, Vancouver, Taipei, and Shanghai and holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Chinese - both from Otago University. She started her recruitment career in 2018 after a career in PR & Marketing, before joining BrightSpark in 2020 to continue her focus on IT, digital & data recruitment.
Hailing from Scotland and holding a BSc in Psychology and Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, Nicola began her recruitment career in Leeds in 2005. She moved into IT recruitment in Edinburgh before moving to Aotearoa in 2010 and spending 10 years recruiting in New Zealand's IT sector.
Olivia is new to the recruitment industry and loving it. With many years working as a flight attendant, Olivia is more than qualified to think quickly on her feet in a fast-paced working environment.
With seven years in the recruitment industry and nearly two years working with BrightSpark, Sarah brings extensive experience, knowledge and understanding to her work. She holds a Masters in Commerce and completed a thesis on wages.
